I remember when Nate and Ricky were thinking of buying a house, she said something to the effect that he was financially a lot better off than her, so him staying at Irene's doesn't make much sense (except for the fact that the H&A team don't want to build a set just for him ).

Gina lived there too, then moved next door with john I think. I'm pretty sure roo rented it to them, as they had to see about using the room across as the flat. At the time.

I thought Beth owned it and on her death left to husband Tony or her kids
