Over on Emmerdale, David Metcalfe will receive some welcome information regarding his health – but the news sends his fiancée Tracy Shankley into a panic.

David (Matthew Wolfenden) underwent treatment for testicular cancer earlier this year and will be relieved to be told that he's in the clear.

As Leyla, Carly and Vanessa set up a joint hen and stag party for David and Tracy in the Woolpack, they are given all the more reason to celebrate when they hear his good news.

However, Tracy (Amy Walsh) will start to panic over their impending nuptials and later addresses fears to David.

Tracy admits to David that she is worried that he he won't want to marry her without cancer hanging over him. But can he reassure her?

Monday

Paddy's out-of-control behaviour continues as he remains barricaded in Smithy Cottage, which leads Vanessa to consider calling the police.

When Chas tries to get through to Paddy, he even turns against her by pouring water over her from an upstairs window. Can Chas make him see sense?

Meanwhile, when Robert learns that Priya is threatening to sue Chrissie over faulty equipment in the adventure park, he can't resist getting involved by challenging Chrissie to be the first person to try out the park. When Chrissie agrees, what could Robert's ulterior motive be?

Elsewhere, Jimmy stumbles across a bereavement group at the village hall, leading to an embarrassing misunderstanding when he has to pretend that his wife has just died in order to fit in.

Also today, Priya and Rishi make a deal over Mill, while Lawrence is delighted that Chrissie has given Ronnie a reason to stick around.


Tuesday

Robert panics when he learns that Victoria has agreed to take Chrissie's place as the first one up the climbing wall at the opening event. As Robert has sabotaged the bolt on the safety wire, he's forced to sneak back in and fix it. Unfortunately, it all goes wrong when a calamity leaves him suspended and upside down in mid-air.

Robert has to call Victoria to rescue him, but she wants an explanation and is furious when he finally tells her how Chrissie set up Andy.

Meanwhile, Paddy has finally backed down and is ready to move on, but will Pearl agree not to tell Rhona what he did?

Elsewhere, David's test results are back tomorrow and he tells Tracy that he won't be able to marry her if the cancer is back.

Also today, Jimmy digs a further hole for himself when he agrees to a picnic date with a woman from the bereavement group.


Wednesday

David is told that he's in the clear - his treatment worked and the cancer has gone. This means that a joint hen and stag party goes ahead as planned, with everyone in high spirits.

When Frank shows up at the party, Tracy tells him where to go and makes her point by pouring a shot over him. At the end of the night, Tracy sees Frank's car and can't resist attacking it. However, Frank soon takes matters into his own hands by driving off with a defenceless Tracy in the back seat...

Meanwhile, Priya finally tells Jai that her eating disorder is back. Later, Jai and Holly are about to kiss until Moira interrupts.

Elsewhere, a romantic spark is developing between Leyla and Pete.


Thursday

It's the morning of Tracy's wedding, but she wakes up in the countryside after being driven off by Frank. When she sees the time, she panics and calls Vanessa - desperate to be picked up. Frank is still keen to make peace with Tracy and even shows her that he carved her name in a tree when she was born.

Tracy is still more concerned about her wedding and is relieved when Vanessa turns up with her dress, but things go from bad to worse when Tracy accidentally knocks the handbrake. She gets out of the car in her dress, but it rolls backwards into the water...

Meanwhile, David fears that Tracy won't turn up for the wedding when he hears that she's missing.

Elsewhere, Holly gets romantic attention from the sound technician at the wedding reception, but she seemingly only has eyes for a jealous Jai. When Holly admits that Moira is selling up, Jai admits that he'll miss Holly and they end up sharing a kiss.

Also, Carly causes confusion when she tries to play matchmaker between Leyla and Pete.


Thursday 2

Tracy is still desperate to get to the wedding, but when she tries to flag down a cab, it merely sprays her with mud as it passes. When Frank pulls up in a tractor, can he save the day?

Back at the church, everyone is losing hope that Tracy will turn up and time is running out. Will she make it to the church before the wedding is called off?

Meanwhile, will Megan spot Jai and Holly sharing a secret kiss outside The Woolpack?

Elsewhere, Rodney suggests that an arm wrestling match could help solve the dispute between Dan and Jimmy.

Also today, Finn is in trouble after his role in the confusion over Carly, Leyla and Pete.




Friday

Dan decides to propose to Kerry and asks Jimmy and Bob to help decorate the pirate ship. Jai inadvertently throws a spanner in the works when he asks Kerry to attend an event for him that evening.

When Joanie tries to stop Kerry, she blurts out what she knows about Dan's plans to propose tonight. Will it all go ahead as planned, or could there be a surprise in store?

Meanwhile, Pete and Leyla agree to go on a date now all the confusion has been resolved, but will it go well?

Elsewhere, Holly and Jai meet for a date at the cafe.

Also today, Chas is concerned that Charity's feelings for Cain clearly aren't going away, while Megan allows herself to be charmed by Frank.

Emmerdale's Robert Sugden will pay a high price after his revenge plan on Chrissie White goes drastically wrong next week.

Robert (Ryan Hawley) will come up with a terrifying scheme to make his ex-wife pay once and for all. But he will be left panic-stricken when his sister Victoria gets caught in the crossfire.

When Robert overhears Priya threatening to sue Chrissie over faulty equipment in the adventure park, he gets a very mischievous idea as he challenges her to be the first to participate.

To Robert's delight, Chrissie rises to his bait, but it's clear he's determined to get revenge on her as he later heads to the adventure park alone and tampers with the bolt on the safety wire.

But having put his plan into action, Robert is horrified to hear Victoria agree to take Chrissie's place as the first one up the climbing wall at the opening event.

Knowing he has put her life at risk due to having tampered with the harness, a worried Robert attempts to sneak back in to fix it. However, as he desperately scales the wall to replace the bolt, a calamity occurs when he trips.

As the safety rope coils around his foot, Robert is left suspended, upside down and dangling from the wall. In pain, he calls Victoria in an attempt to get help whilst delaying the opening crowd.

However, when Victoria arrives, Robert is forced to put her in the picture over Chrissie having set up their brother Andy.

Furious, Victoria is left seething with revengeful rage, but will she join forces with Robert to bring Chrissie down? Or has this situation given Robert a lesson?
