Need a new camera - suggestions welcome

I have my camera for about 10 years now (it is a Samsung Digimax S1000) and it is getting a bit old so was looking for a new digital camera. But there is a lot out there and I am looking for an suggestion on which you feel would be the best buy.

If you have a camera that you use regularly and love, let me know.

I bought a lovely new all singing all dancing camera last year for around £120 and its just sitting gathering dust. I find my iphone much more convenient. It slips into the pocket easily and I always have it with me. I'll let you have the camera and 3 spare battteries at a good price. Next time you are home i can drop it down or post it to you

Actually ending up getting a Kodax camera for €70 and it is amazing. Really good quality and 15X zoom. It has a built in battery that last for over 200 pictures and many many features that I was looking for
