Monday
Kat attends Josh's police interview, anxious that he could reveal her role in concealing his crime under questioning. McCarthy questions why he and Andy confessed - there weren't any leads so they could have gotten away with it. Not able to give away Kat's involvement, Josh says it was Andy's guilt over the explosion that drove him to come forward.
Later, Kat reveals to Ash that Andy is now free of the charges over Charlotte's death. Bail is set at $50,000 and both have no idea how Andy could get the cash. However, Ash ends up raising the cash by putting up the garage as security. Kat is furious when she discovers this, pointing out that she will lose her life savings if Andy breaks bail.
Taking this on board, Ash urges Andy to realise just how much is riding on him keeping clean. Andy swears he won't put a foot wrong, but it's not long before he is on the phone to an old contact and talking about car re-birthing. Is a desperate Andy about to land himself in a whole new world of trouble?
Meanwhile, Evelyn is shattered when Josh cuts off all contact.
Elsewhere, Zac worries for Hunter's state of mind following the latest revelations over Charlotte's death.

Tuesday
Mason is stunned when Lara shows up at the hospital. Tori also has to hide her unease when Nate shares the news of Lara's sudden appearance. Later, when Mason comes across a tearful Evelyn, he offers some comforting words and the pair share an intimate but platonic moment. This is misread by a passing Lara.
Now believing she understands why things have been so weird between them, Lara accuses Mason of dating Evelyn. He tries to make her accept the truth, but all Lara can see is someone who isn't committed enough to their relationship. It breaks her heart, but she has to end it. Desperate to keep hold of her, Mason is forced to blurt out the truth - his family are in witness protection.
Meanwhile, Andy tells his old contact Simmo that he plans to use the garage as a chop shop. Simmo is impressed with the work Andy performs on a car and they make a deal to continue the arrangement. However, Andy starts to feel guilty for putting the garage and Ash at risk.
Elsewhere, Alf and Roo clash once again over the bait shop - he wants it closed now. Roo gets an inkling of why this is so important to her dad. She finds Justin and sheepishly apologises for having to let him go. She suspects Alf is fearful of losing control and becoming irrelevant. Justin understands, but is gutted to be out of work again.
Also today, is there an attraction between Phoebe and Brody?
Wednesday
Lara wants to know further details of what's going on, but Mason is rattled and says it's too dangerous. However, when Lara insists that she loves Mason and promises not to tell anyone, he has to divulge even more information.
The next morning, Brody suspects that he may be being followed. With this in mind, Mason is forced to come clean about how he told Lara their secret - the Morgans' dad was involved in a drug syndicate and was killed for it, while their mum was caught in the cross fire too. Brody points out they've been on the run for seven years to keep that a secret.

Justin can't deal with the revelations and insists that they need to pack now, but Tori stays level-headed and makes contact with their witness protection officer. She is assured that the Morgan family's whereabouts is still a secret. Nevertheless, Tori insists that Mason should break it off with Lara, as much for her sake as theirs.
Later, when Nate is approached by a mysterious man calling himself "Tim", who has indeed been following the Morgan family, it's clear that this is far from over...

Meanwhile, Nate is concerned that Irene may be suffering post-traumatic stress as a result of her abduction, but when he gently suggests that she may benefit from counselling, Irene is quick to shut this down. Later, a dripping tap triggers a traumatic flashback for Irene. When she collapses, terrified and shaken, it's clear that she is anything but fine despite her earlier protestations.
Elsewhere, Alf insists on being allowed home from the hospital, so Roo makes the decision to move home to Summer Bay House to care for her father.
Also today, tensions are rising between Marilyn and John over the issue of fostering.
Thursday
Chris and Olivia are concerned to discover Irene on the floor of the Diner, clearly still struggling in the wake of her abduction. With a plan in mind to help, Chris approaches Billie and asks her to teach Irene some self-defence moves. He's hopeful the workout might help her regain some of her strength.
Billie attempts to teach Irene some techniques, but they don't go well at first. Irene angrily insists that Billie has no idea what she's been through, but Billie insists that she does and reveals that she knows what it's like to be a victim. After a heart-to-heart, Irene gets stuck into the training, helping Billie to make an unlikely breakthrough.
Later, Irene wants to thank Billie for her help but when Billie emerges from the changing rooms looking pale, she's forced to reveal that she's now bleeding.
Meanwhile, Roo tells Matt that Alf is being stubborn about closing the bait shop. Roo wants to keep it open, hoping it will aid Alf's recovery. Matt tells her to do it, but Roo is reluctant to go behind her father's back. Matt reminds her that it's in Alf's best interest, insisting she has to put her foot down.
Elsewhere, still hurt by the whole Skye mess, John admits to Marilyn that he is scared to try fostering again. Instead, he just wants to enjoy his life with Marilyn as she's always been enough for him. The next day, Marilyn tells John that although she still thinks he'd make a wonderful foster parent, she respects his decision not to foster again.
Friday
Billie is worried there is something wrong with her baby, so she goes to the hospital with Irene for support. It's a long, tense wait but Billie is relieved to hear her baby's heartbeat. When VJ hears about the scare, it only makes him more determined to be there for Billie above all else - even if that comes at the expense of his schoolwork.
Leah is not impressed by this news, especially after learning that VJ failed his English assessment. She insists VJ spend less time with Billie and more time studying, but he won't listen. Determined to stand on his own two feet and sick of being told what to do, VJ tells his mum that he's moving out.
Meanwhile, after some harsh words from Matt, Alf realises what a pain in the neck he's been. He apologises to Roo for the way he's been treating her and later opens up, admitting that he doesn't want to be a burden. Roo assures him that she wants to help and it's her turn to support him.
Elsewhere, Leah tells John that Marilyn is devastated not to be fostering more children and that he didn't let Skye down - he gave her a loving home. She argues that if he allows that to stop them fostering more kids, he's letting them down. After a sleepless night, John talks to Marilyn and agrees to foster again after all.
Also today, with Josh's hearing due to take place tomorrow, Olivia and Zac are worried about Hunter's apathetic attitude.
