She was acting pretty wasted when she first saw him so I didn't get that he was meant to have drugged her. I think we're supposed to assume she found the girlfriends she was looking for. But who knows? Date rape would be a pretty dark topic for wholesome Neighbours.

She seemed a little out of it ,perhaps had a few drinks later on. You're right that would be pretty heavy for Neighbours although it would be good thing, even if it stopped just one creep getting away with it.
