Lachlan shoots Lawrence. This show has no moral compass. Sensationalist rubbish.

Does anyone know if Lawrence is killed by Lachlan or just shot by him? The way things are going it would nearly be a release for him. He's gone off the rails and it looks like he is going to hurt and offend everyone who loves him (Bernice, Lachlan etc), as well as throwing Chrissie out. There's really no-where left for him to go.

He survives, it seems there are leaked spoilers going up to the middle of August that have come out on social media over the last few days one of them mentions 'Lachlan’s nervous about Lawrence coming home'

They're here if anyone wants to read them : http://www.osn.com/en-ae/watch/tv-sc...ng/emmerdale/s

Coming up on Emmerdale, Lawrence White will be horrified when he finds his grandson Lachlan waiting for him armed a loaded shotgun.

Lachlan's dark side will re-emerge next week after weeks of family dramas finally take their toll on him.

Recent events have already left a volatile Lachlan (Thomas Atkinson) wanting revenge on his grandfather, but he will be pushed to the edge after Lawrence humiliates him in front of Gabby Thomas.

Following yet another altercation with Lachlan on his birthday, Lawrence (John Bowe) pays the ultimate price after the vengeful teen approaches him with a loaded shotgun and a manic glint in his eye.

Full of rage, Lachlan forces Lawrence to apologise to Chrissie for his cold behaviour of late, but the situation gets out of hand when Lawrence tries to make a grab for the gun.

Outside, Chrissie hears a shot and rushes in to find Lawrence on the floor, but will he be alright? And what will the consequences be for Lachlan after pulling the trigger?

    Monday

Chrissie is on the warpath, furious that Andy let Lawrence rot in prison for something he did. Andy then drowns his sorrows with Bernice and tells her that things are over with Chrissie. One thing then leads to another between Andy and Bernice.

Later, Chrissie goes to see Ross, who is left worried that she might go to the police. Chrissie then visits Andy wanting to make up, but will she catch Bernice and Andy in the act?

Meanwhile, Lachlan makes an ill-judged lunge to kiss Gabby, but he is left feeling embarrassed and out in the cold - especially when Lawrence humiliates him in front of Gabby.

Elsewhere, Rakesh continues to hide his financial problems from Priya, but he is overwhelmed by his problems when Pierce demands his winnings. Later, Rishi tells Rakesh that he has paid Pierce. Relieved, Rakesh pretends to be annoyed and assures Rishi that he's good for the money. Later, Priya is annoyed Rakesh has decided to sell Mill Cottage. He pretends it's so they can move on, but will she believe him?

Also today, Robert urges Aaron not to tell Chas about Andy having him shot. But Chas senses something is wrong and demands the truth from Robert.

Finally, Rhona spots the closeness between Marlon and Carly. She later asks Marlon if anything is going on, but his reaction fails to convince her.

    Tuesday

    Hour-long episode

It's Lachlan's birthday, but he is still troubled after his humiliation yesterday. When Holly displays her photos, Chrissie is shocked to see Andy kissing Bernice in the background of one of them.

Back at Home Farm, Lawrence is shocked to find Lachlan waiting with a loaded shotgun and a manic glint in his eye. He orders Lawrence to text an apology to Chrissie. Lawrence obeys, but makes a grab for the gun. Outside, Chrissie hears the shot and comes running, aghast to find Lawrence collapsed on the floor...

Meanwhile, Bernice tells Andy that she's going on the yoga retreat and wishes him every happiness with Chrissie. Andy waits for Chrissie at their picnic spot, but when he sees the ambulance heading for Home Farm, he realises something is terribly wrong.

Andy tries to comfort Chrissie at Home Farm, but she pulls away and gets into the ambulance with her dad. Later, when Andy is turned away by Lachlan at the hospital, he wonders what he has done wrong.

Elsewhere, Rhona offers to have April so Marlon can spend time with Carly, though he insists he doesn't fancy her. When Carly and Harriet bully Marlon into attending Harriet's self-defence class, Marlon invites Harriet for a date to throw the gossips off. After his date, Marlon feels awful to learn that today would have been Carly's son's birthday. He comforts Carly but as she meets his gaze, she leans in for a kiss.

Also today, Rakesh is tempted to tell Priya everything, but will he?

    Wednesday

Lachlan is terrified when the police arrive to question the Whites at the hospital. Chrissie and Lachlan are alarmed to hear the police are searching the grounds at Home Farm. Chrissie heads off and finds the gun's hiding place, but sees the police approaching and makes her escape.

Later at the B&B, Chrissie is hurt to overhear Andy leaving a message for Bernice on the phone and her priorities quickly change from protecting Lachlan to getting revenge. What will she do?

Meanwhile, it's awkward for Carly and Marlon after sleeping together the night before. Vanessa is shocked to learn what has happened from Carly, while Marlon confesses to Rhona. They both privately admit they thought it was great but worry about spoiling their friendship.

Elsewhere, Gabby is disturbed to learn that burglars might have been watching Home Farm and is worried about Lawrence but covers it. Gabby masks her family turmoil with stealing and lies, so she swipes Pearl's brooch.

Also today, Adam urges Victoria to go back to the food van and Harriet gives him an idea to help encourage her.

    Thursday (1)

In the police station, Andy is frustrated that the police aren't listening to him and it's not looking good for him.

Over at the café, Diane tells Chrissie and Lachlan that Andy has been arrested. Chrissie feigns shock and Lachlan is genuinely horrified.

Meanwhile, in hospital, Ronnie begs Lawrence to wake up.

Also, April invites Carly round, but Carly declines and Marlon is disappointed. Can they fix things?

Finally, Chas shows Charity a competition for best Publican and Charity enters it immediately.

Meanwhile, Gabby is in mid raid with Liv when they hear Victoria return. Gabby pulls her hood over her head and makes a run for it, but Victoria slams her against the wall. Will Gabby get away without Victoria realising it's her?

    Friday

Laurel spots Gabby's bruises and she pretends she got them from the stables. Ashley soon realises Gabby is lying to them.

Later, Laurel returns and realises Gabby was the thief. Ashley is stunned and soon things take a turn for the worse at the Thomas house.

Meanwhile, Chrissie plays her role of innocence to perfection, but underneath she is enjoying the revenge. Chrissie pretends to be devastated over Andy's situation and tells them she has hired Rakesh. Soon afterwards, Chrissie visits Andy in prison and tells him she believes he didn't do it and he's grateful for her support.

Elsewhere, Moira is shocked to learn Adam and Victoria were burgled. She thinks it's Simon and wants to warn him off, but Holly begs her not to. Later, behind Holly's back, Moira uses Holly's phone to call Simon and warns him off. She's shaky, but sure she did the right thing.

Also today, Rakesh is pleased his old firm want him back to represent Andy.

Finally, Robert tells Aaron he is going to visit Andy in prison, while Ronnie visits Lawrence in hospital and asks him to give them another go.
