# TV Week also says: "Brothers on the run! Is this the last we'll see of Andy & Josh? Facing 20 years in prison, a desperate Josh stages a daring escape with his brother Andy in this week's Home and Away. The Barratt brothers flee the courthouse before high-tailing it out of the Bay. How far will Josh & Andy get? Early in the week, it's clear Andy is hatching a plan with his criminal cronies. He goes to Josh, who's waiting at the police station to be taken to his sentencing hearing. Although Andy initially took the fall for Charlotte's murder, Josh eventually owned up to the crime. Now, Josh is seemingly about to be put away for a long stretch. But, is he willing to go along with Andy's audacious plan? Later, Evie visits Josh at the station. She's clearly struggling to cope with the thought of him going to prison. Evie has already lost Oscar & Hannah.. Now she's about to lose her fiancé, too......Evie was devastated when she found out Josh killed Charlotte. She's been trying to stay strong for his sake. But, Evie is also in a bit of denial. The idea that Josh may soon be out of her life doesn't seem real. "She hasn't processed what it means for him to be sentenced," Philippa, says. "She keeps holding on to this idea they will get through this & that she can control this, which she obviously can't." At the station, Evie & Josh have an emotional farewell. They reminisce about their first kiss - which Josh says was the best day of his life. "She tells him there are more days like this to come," Philippa explains. "She's trying to give him hope." But, Josh seems resigned to his fate, telling Evie his life is over now he's going to prison. The next day, Evie, Matt and Ash arrive at court for the sentencing. Andy, suspiciously, is nowhere to be seen. When the judge finally hands down the sentence, everyone is shocked. Josh is to spend a minimum of 20 years locked away! He's led from the court by the prison guard, who suddenly gives him the signal to act. What's going on? Josh elbows the guard, knocking him to the ground, before fleeing. Moments later, Andy skids to a stop outside the court. Of course, he's the getaway driver! Josh leaps into the car & they speed away. Evie & the others can't believe what has just happened. "Evie is out of her mind," Philippa says. "She doesn't know what's going on." As Evie reels with the realisation Josh & Andy are on the run, she points the finger at Ash. But, he had nothing to do with the boy's latest crime. Now, Evie is really worried about what might happen to them. Will they get away? "She's so panicked & thinks they're are going to get themselves killed by the police," Philippa explains. Later, Evie gets a gut-wrenching text message from Josh. When he says it's the last one she'll ever get from him, she breaks down in tears. But, is this really the end for Josh & Evie? And, will the boys survive life on the run?

They can't be serious!!!!! Words fail me!! (hopefully the spoiler "Ash struggles with a moral dilemma. Will he take the easy option or do what's right?" ends up with them being caught, but I doubt it.)



## TV Week also says: "Hostage hell! Can someone save Tori before it is too late? Lives are on the line when Nate is drugged & Tori is assaulted & held hostage in Home and Away this week. Is Summer Bay's already high body count about to increase? When Nate collapses, Tori rushes to his rescue & assesses the situation. Needle marks on Nate's arm immediately set off alarm bells for Tori. She thinks someone has harmed him to get to her. To get some answers, Tori orders a toxicology report. As word spreads around the hospital, there are murmurs that Nate has been using drugs. Tori, however, knows better. "She immediately knows this isn't Nate shooting up or doing anything illegal - this is connected to her & her family. But, Tori is in a tough situation. She knows her family has likely been found," Penny McNamee, 33, explains. Panicked, Tori racks her brain as what to do next. "How is she going to juggle looking after Nate, keeping her family safe, but also still being a professional doctor who has to explain to Nate what's happened without letting out her big family secret?" Penny says. After scanning CCTV footage, Tori's worst fears are confirmed. The man who drugged Nate was Spike, the man who's been hanging around Summer Bay recently. The Morgan family's secret identity has been discovered! Tori knows what she has to do next - her family must get out of the Bay. And, they must move quickly. Just as Tori arrives home & walks through the door, Spike is already inside, lying in wait. "Tori immediately goes to leave, but she finds the guy who drugged Nate in their house," Penny says. "He's really violent toward her. It's a terrifying ordeal . She has real fear this guy is going to kill her." Terrified, & believing her life is in peril, Tori sees Justin arrive home. "Initially she is relieved someone else has come home & found her in this situation," Penny says. However, she knows her brother is a hothead. Tori worries that instead of diffusing the situation, Justin might put them in further danger. "Tori now has another problem on her hands," Penny explains. "She's trying to keep Justin calm & make sure he doesn't do anything irrational to escalate the situation." It's looking like time may be up for the Bay's newest residents. Are they about to die at the hands of Spike?
