Go to the web page of the picture you want to post, right click on it and choose "Copy image location".

Back on SoapBoards, when you click on the reply box there'll be an image of a tree in a frame along the top of the box. If you click on that, a box will appear that says "Please enter the URL of your image". Paste and then click OK.

You can use the preview post option to check you've done it correctly before posting your reply.
