Over on Emmerdale, Bernice White will make a move on her former flame Andy Sugden as she struggles to come to terms with the fact that her husband Lawrence is gay.

Bernice (Samantha Giles) will drunkenly climb into a digger and prepare to do her worst in scenes to be aired this week, after she discovers that Lawrence has been lying to her about the identity of newcomer Ronnie Hale.

In the wake of the digger drama - and having sobered up - Bernice's memory will come flooding back when she sees the digger keys in the kitchen at Home Farm.

Although the finger of blame is initially pointed towards Ronnie, Bernice's guilt starts to become apparent, prompting Andy to step in.

Keen to protect his ex-lover, Andy takes the blame for the digger destruction and his selfless behaviour touches Bernice, who later finds herself confiding in him about her marital problems.

Bernice tells Andy that Lawrence is gay, explaining that he's had a relationship with Ronnie in the past. With emotions running high, Bernice is soon leaning in for a kiss, but will Andy reciprocate? And how will Bernice feel when Andy's girlfriend Chrissie arrives?

Yes, she does, and Lawrence gave her permission to have sex as long as it was with somebody not from the village. I guess she never really stopped caring for Andy though and her going back with him is rather predictable and a shame imo

Bernice's memory of her recent behaviour comes flooding back when she sees the digger keys in the kitchen at Home Farm. Rakesh blames Ronnie for what has happened, but Ronnie is suspicious and confronts Bernice.

Just when it seems that Bernice is going to crack, Andy takes the blame and claims that it was an accident, but Ronnie isn't convinced. Bernice then tells Andy about Lawrence being gay and how he had a relationship with Ronnie in the past. She leans in for a kiss, but will Andy return it? And how will Bernice feel when Chrissie arrives?

Meanwhile, Holly gets her wages from Victoria and decides to go into town, but Moira fears she'll buy drugs. Later, Moira is relieved when Holly returns. After searching her, Moira finds nothing more than gig tickets for her and Cain. Holly appears wounded by the accusation, but when she steps out of the house, she pulls out a wrap of heroin.

Elsewhere, Arthur tells Brenda about the haunted pirate ship in the café, but he is left scared that evening when all of the men shout 'ah harr', fearing there's a ghost.

Also today, Tracy urges Belle to throw a symbol of Doctor Bailey on the bonfire as a cleanse, but is she still secretly in love with Bailey?


Monday

Holly looks after Kyle while Moira and Cain go to the gig, but she struggles against the urge for a fix. Eventually she gives in and retrieves the heroin wrap from the bin, heading for a barn and leaving Kyle alone.

When Holly returns to the house, she finds the door locked and has to break in. She thinks she has got away with it when she tells Cain and Moira that she was taking the bins out, but she is floored when Cain wants her to do a drug test.

Meanwhile, Ashley and Dan plan another poker night in the pirate ship, while Arthur tells Amelia and April about his plan to get rid of the ghosts. That night, Arthur, Amelia and April burst in on the poker game 'Ghostbuster style' - and Arthur's dust-buster suckers onto Dan's neck. Aprils takes photos as evidence and Jimmy offers to pay Amelia to keep quiet, but how will Dan explain his apparent 'love mark' to Kerry?

Elsewhere, Belle takes Lisa out to a nice restaurant to make up for the trouble she has caused, but when they get there, they find Doctor Bailey there with his wife.

Also today, Chrissie worries she has caused a rift between Lawrence and Bernice by finding Ronnie. Andy is gutted when Bernice wants them to keep out of each other's lives.


Friday

Belle confronts Doctor Bailey and asks why he took Angie to 'their' restaurant, but he promises they'll be together soon and she believes him. Soon afterwards, Belle panics when it's clear that Lachlan has gone to Doctor Bailey's house. She arrives to find Lachlan trashing the place.

Soon afterwards, Lachlan finds and shows Belle a travel booking for Doctor Bailey and Angie to go away for Christmas. Lachlan is eager for Belle to realise she is being used, but as they argue, they hear a key in the door.

Lachlan legs it, but Belle has left her bag so is caught red handed. How will Bailey and Angie react when they find Belle in their trashed-up house?

Meanwhile, Cain is annoyed when Moira tells Holly that she can do the drugs test later and she worries it will be positive. Fearful Holly takes little Kyle to the loo as Moira and Cain bicker. Moira insists to Cain this will be Holly's last drugs test if she passes. How will conniving Holly get her way out of this one?

Elsewhere, Laurel wakes to find Ashley and Arthur missing, but the kids have launched a hostile takeover of the pirate ship.

Also today, Marlon is annoyed to see Rhona and Pierce together. Pierce mentions helping Leo with a school project and it's clear Marlon has had enough of his seeming perfection.
