Best bet is catch up if you can. It keeps getting moved due to tennis or football.

I agree but BBC could officially have soaps on BBC2 for a few weeks

When you teach someone to drive, the vital advice is to tell them to concentrate.

In fact, isn't it illegal for a learner driver to drive in the dark.

Another thing, she's not insured, and I bet there are very few places that would cover her for a Jaguar XJS. When I was learning to drive, my parents had a 2.8 litre Passat and some insurance companies wouldn't insure me.

No. Learners can drive at any time.

Ah right, I did check it up, and it does say some insurance companies might not allow it, but in terms of legality it's ok. I know learners can't drive on Motorways but A-class dual carriageways are ok.

But it is an offense for the supervising driver to be over the drink drive limit.

Catch up does not give you the same fine control over rewind that my recorder does. Nor can I have subtitles and audio description at the same time, only one or the other.

I think I have the best solution to the problem. I haven't watched Eastenders at all now for two months. I can't say it has left a hole in my life and, reading these comments and the spoilers, I have to say I don't think I am missing anything....other than perhaps aggravation. The only thing I am slightly interested in at all is whether Gray can beat Harold Shipton's record as Britain's biggest mass murderer.
