It's good to see that there is one part of London that is not in Tier 4. Mind you, Walford never even made it as far as Tier 1.

I know this was all filmed before the recent Tier 4 regulations, nevertheless, showing this outdoor party really is the height of irresponsibility under the present circumstances.
