What happened to the Honey story, I've no interest at all in Linda's costumes for autistic kids story which is an excuse for Max to be his usual self again, or Danny Dire turning while throwing out far too many cockney slang.

    It's the Walford way

That's what gets me, Ian is marked as being dodgy but he's nearly a saint compared to what some of the others are like.

Now we've got Ben laughingly thinking he's a hard man, it's well overdue time that the Mitchell's get taken down but they've got more character shields than Cersei Lannister from Game of Thrones.

It's getting worse and worse. Eastenders has just turned into a completely farcical comedy cop caper. Mind you I am looking forward to the Keystone Cops turning up dressed in ill-fitting, unkempt uniforms in their jerky speeded up Tin Lizzie, with about 12 cops hanging on for dear life as they collide with one another around corners or become entangled in clotheslines, ladders, or folding tents while their facial expressions of dour dignity never change.

No, on second thoughts, that would be a far too realistic portrayal for Eastenders. Their cops are much more farcical than that.

Is there something in the Walford water where the most unlikely people think they're hard men, bald, old unhealthy Phil, Ben, now we've got Kheerat and even Suki trying the Darth Vader act.

I was expecting the Benny Hill music to start playing, farcical, but it was funny and enjoyable.

Jessie Wallace and Steve McFadden were brilliant, Kat is not scared of Phil. I did laugh when Jack was hit on the head by Kat.

I'm not sure I am quite understanding this Mick and the children's home storyline. I mean, I know it is about him being abused by Katy, but what I don't quite understand is the way they seem to be talking about Shirley as his mother and abandoning him. But she was put in the care home as well and Mick didn't know until many years later that she was actually his mother and not his sister.

On another point, why is Max having to move out because Amy needs her own room. I thought all the houses round Albert Square had at least six or seven bedrooms. Space has never been a problem before!
