I?ve seen a lot of people say he didn?t mean to kill her. It wasn?t premeditated murder, but the moment he left her to die, it became murder.

I don't think he intended to kill her but considering the stuff he's done before like forcing her to keep her head under water in the bath, he's certainly got the potential, and the fact he didn't phone the ambulance right away is against him.

Not to mention he's staged the scene. The toy car and the milk bottle are obviously meant to make it look like Chantelle slipped on the car while holding the bottle. I hope Suki makes a comment as she certainly seemed a bit suspicious of him. Also, wouldn't Kheerat's phone have the multiple missed calls listed?

I think Suki above all will protect Kheerat and tell him not to get involved.

They used the filmic look for this episode.

I disagree. It was still only manslaughter. It could only be premeditaed if he knew she was going to die before he pushed her.

I was confused as to why she died.

It's not the pushing that's the important thing though, it's the fact he walked away while she was still alive - that was premeditated.

That still doesn't make it murder.
