Did Gray want Chantelle to drown herself to prove she loved her kids, she should go straight to Karen and Mitch with the kids, Kheert cares for her

Ian still has designs on making Sharon his next Mrs. Beale even using Max's share of the restaurant to buy the pub

A good start and a good effort with all the clever filming techniques, certainly better than Emmerdale, the pace was good. Stand out performer Suki, played by Balvinder Sopal. I see she has bought the minute Mart. Loved the scenes with Ben and Callum and lol at Ben wanting to tickle Callum's truncheon. Linda and Mick were also good value.

The Chantelle scenes were harrowing to watch but well played. A shame we know what is coming. The crew deserve huge credit for the way they are shooting EastEnders.

    Red face

Did that DEtective know that it was Ben in that film? WAs he testing Callum ? When was Jack promoted to Inspec tor ?

Callum must have done his initial Police training while the programme was off air.

So we've now had Ian escape the consequences of his part in the cover-up of Lucy's murder by Bobby, escape the consequences of his part in getting Max banged up for something he knew he didn't do, escape the consequences for his part in Denny's death, and become a public servant as an elected Councillor.

Eastenders sets us all a fine moral example.

Sadly, it's not that unrealistic though.

Yes. You just have to look at who the US President and the British PM are!
