It's rhyming slang. Pony & trap.

There is a strange vibe about the episodes this week, like the producers and script writers have been on weed.

    I couldn't agree more.

The body rolling out of the coffin was akin to a Carry on idiots film rather than a soap. I thought it was horrendously disrespectful to have that happen and will have upset people who are mourning the recent dead.
The fake priest nonsense was just pathetically stupid and I thought briefly about making an official complaint about the episode after the body fell on the floor. Utterly rubbish TV, these funeral home scenes were appalling in so many ways.

I can only assume the 'money' was sent to the crem rather than buried. And I don't think it was money - he's used the phrase loot..

I think Eastenders producers have completely lost the plot at the moment.

Spot on RW. It is just going from worse to even worserer.

Another thing, I can't believe that anyone would send sympathy cards or start a memorial collection until Abi is actually declared dead.

Yes that was all a bit bleurgh as well.

Although if people had been told she's brain dead and the doctors want to turn the machines off then they mighthave assumed it's been done.

I just hope they don't take the piss completely and have her recover from brain stem death.

for anyone having had a loved one have a brain stem death, it is agony and I get Max's behaviour but it is becoming a farse,
If Abbie is going to die it's time they put her to peace, and what of that poor premature baby, just lying there and no one showing any love for her, shocking!!

Setting up the collection in the café is probably down to thoughtless bossy boots Kathy, wouldn't think to consult Max. Does what she wants and when. Exactly what Ian would have done. Surprised Carmel didn't have her neb in it.

By the way, where was Tanya supposed to be last night? Max gave Lauren those forms for Tanya to fill in and Josh returned them saying she didn't want to look at them. So she must be nearby somewhere. Why isn't she with Abi and/or the baby?

Answer re above Max, he is living in his car.

L giving it loads again .. the women has no street smarts, just no common, she thinks going to yell at thugs will get her what she wants, well I suppose she must be used to getting what she wants with soft Mick but then he puts up with ya because your jis treacle.

Who is the crisp eating Lug who shot Mick?
How could the coffins possibly get mixed up, the one with the body was in the viewing room/chapel of rest, and would presumably have been taken straight out to the hearse and on to the church. Billy said the one with money was double locked in the morgue, coffins unlike mobile phones are not something you can pick up by mistake. The whole scene was so contrived with the coffin lid sticking like that, obviously not the 'dog's.......' as Billy claimed or it would have been better fitted.
Wouldn't be surprised if it turns out that Aidan has switched them round somehow.

Wish Linda would sod off to Watford and stay there, taking halfwit/halfway with her.
