Bex is/was obsessed with the fella, she was never going to stop, she couldn't care less about what he wanted, she was going to have him or destroy him if she couldn't.

He made all the wrong choices and played into her adolescent hands, the kiss was excusable because he was hurt/dazed and Bex was the one that lunged in while she was treating his cuts.

His major mistake was then courting Sonja,well on so many levels

Yes, Gethin would be seen as the one in the wrong. I personally think his chemistry with Bex is better than it is with Sonia.
