Well I've watched it. Not sad, silly. Who runs about on their wedding night like that?

I suppose the thought was, if a loved one is drowning, you wouldn't think twice about jumping in and trying to save them.

The end was too heavy on the visuals and I couldn't make out what was going on .. I gather that the Roxy is looking for next years Panto gigs but will Ron be joining her?
Anywho no Hotel in the universe is going to have unlocked access to the roof and a swimming pool.
Lee, sorry mate, there are two types of mentally ill people, those that hurt themselves and those that hurt others, the fact you now want to hurt yourself dosent negate the fact you hurt others to get to that point. Ok Lee has fessed up to his crime, but isnt that more about releasing his guilt than actually caring about those that have suffered. I mean it is a double hit on his younger brother who he hurt while fighting with his sister in the lounge that time.
Mick has a mess on his hands there, hand him into the Police and he may hang himself in a cell on remand, not to do so leaves an unstable member in your family who has proved he will do anything to get himself out of a hole. Its a quandary I wouldn't want.

I think Roxy was just drunk. Because they showed us, her putting the bag back. Cold water plus alcohol = shock I would imagine.

Well that was dark, it would have been better if the details had not been spoiler released weeks back
Roxy and Sharon were wearing black, did they predict an unhappy ending
Abi and Whitney dancing together, they are friends again?
Who was it Danny was eyeing up, was it Louise?
Roxy could have had a heart attack from her drug use

Roxy might have hit her head on the bottom or the edge of the pool. She was drunk but I don't think she was coked up.
Splashy - yes Ronnie's dead too.
It's a real shame the ending was leaked, but I think from the way the last 20 minutes was filmed with them teasing us that a catastrophe was going to occur, coupled with Ronnie's "the day I take advice from you will be my last" to Glenda, there was enough foreshadowing that we'd have already guessed that they were going in the pool and probably not exiting it alive.
I really enjoyed the episode on the whole. The Ronnie/Roxy will they/won't they ever stop going round in circles was as annoying as ever (part of the reason they were axed I'm sure) but the rest was enjoyable and pretty tense towards the end. I did think the Lee/Mick stuff would have been better left for another episode though.
I'll miss the Mitchell sisters, and Roxy was right - it's the end of an era. I must admit to a tear in my eye at that last shot of them together in death.

A very well constructed episode, I loved the story telling of Cinderella, which was very apt, it was a brave decision by SOC to kill off both sisters. The ending was very clever and hit the spot. EastEnders is certainly firing on all cylinders right now.
