Is that why Lucy wears a fringe? Pasty Kensit's face is a lot less mobile than Lucy's, I would not have thought Lucy is botoxed, but then it is not something I know anything about. I have notice that Patsy's face does not move, but is it possible that it is just an acting choice, that she is portraying a Super Cool Ice Queen look.
