As Zosia sits with her pal, Arthur, as he undergoes chemotherapy for cancer, it seems it's the last place she wants to be. Boyfriend Dr Oliver Valentine notices she's out of sorts, but she refuses to tell him why. As Zosia remains distant towards Ollie and is very direct when dealing with a patient with a tumour on her heart, Ollie teases her that she's an 'ice queen'.



Zosia freezes in theatre and Ollie's forced to take over – he tells Zosia he knows she's struggling to deal with Arthur's cancer - but she flips out, insisting she's fine. Later, however, Zosia finally finds the courage to open up to Ollie about what's really troubling her...

Fletch turns on the charm to impress new psychiatrist Naomi Palmer... when his young son, Mikey, is brought into work by flatmate Raf! As Fletch considers going on a date with Naomi and assumes Raf will look after his kids, Raf's annoyed at being taken for granted and the pair fall out!

Later, Fletch realises how much he's come to rely on Raf - will he put his friend first?

Also, Bernie's shocked when it turns out that a locum consultant working at Holby for the day is none other than her husband Marcus. Bernie's determined to remain professional and keep her adultery under wraps - but will a feisty young patient and a ill-judged text message lead to Bernie feeling humiliated?

Arthur wakes with a smile on his face and delights in reminding a slightly-hungover Morven that they're planning to get married today - something they vowed to do last night. Morven can't believe Arthur is serious. Dominic and Zosia are also stunned that the twosome are going through with it - they assumed it was just the alcohol talking last night. Morven insists it wasn't - they're getting married at the hospital today.

On ward rounds, Sacha is also surprised to hear the good news about Arthur's imminent nuptials, but his surprise soon turns to worry when Arthur requests an immediate endoscopy. Not wanting anyone to know about the endoscopy until he has the results, Arthur covers to Morven when she greets him on the ward with her father Austin, who is on Keller for tests on his new liver following his transplant.

Sacha gives Arthur the results from the endoscopy and they make Arthur even more determined to marry Morven today. However, before Arthur can tell Morven anything, Austin reveals there is a new medical trial in Australia that he could put Arthur forward for, all funded by him as a wedding present. Arthur agrees to look at the information, but when Sacha later finds him, Sacha makes him realise he has to talk to Morven.

Meanwhile, Mo is full of regrets when she struggles to face up to her actions of the previous night. Will she realise before it's too late that her biggest regret will actually be letting someone go?

Elsewhere, Serena is forced to reassess her working life when she makes a mistake which has devastating consequences on the hospital and its staff.
