    For Pete's sake, come back!

He got himself deliberately locked up in prison by beating up brother Ross because he couldn't trust himself around the womanly wiles of Auntie Moira. Pete's served his time, but he's decided Moira is still too much of a temptation, so he won't be returning to the village when he gets out in two weeks. Which mum Emma is, of course, furious to learn from Ross and James...

    TV Soap 17-23 April 2016

Emmerdale shows these scenes with Emma, Ross and James on Monday 18 Apr from 7pm on ITV.

TW: Pete gets released from prison during week beginning 2 May 2016. He doesn't return to the village for a while, but later on... just keep watching!

Emmerdale couple Paddy Kirk and Rhona Goskirk face a major turning point tonight (April 18) as they prepare to leave the village behind.

The troubled couple have decided to take an extended break in Germany in a last-ditch attempt to save their marriage, but their loved ones are surprised when they learn that they're leaving today - even earlier than they'd originally planned.

Keen to get the goodbyes over and done with, Paddy (Dominic Brunt) and Rhona (Zoe Henry) gather with a few close friends at The Woolpack for some quiet farewells.

Even though the pair still intend to come back, it's an emotional time for everyone as the reality of the situation sinks in. But when it comes down to it, can they really bring themselves to go?

Emmerdale airs tonight at 7pm on ITV.

Emmerdale fans get their first hint of possible trouble to come tonight (April 18) as Aaron Livesy finds his loyalties torn between his boyfriend Robert Sugden and half-sister Liv Flaherty.

Aaron (Danny Miller) was given a much-deserved happy ending last week as he reunited with Robert and saw his evil father Gordon sent to prison for sexually abusing him when he was growing up. But if you thought life was about to get simpler for Aaron, think again.

Tonight's episode sees 'Robron' finally get their chance to be a proper couple as Robert (Ryan Hawley) joins Aaron for breakfast at The Woolpack after spending the night.

With Aaron's mum Chas even approving, it's so far, so good for the popular pair and there's even talk of taking a romantic holiday abroad to take their minds off everything.

Unfortunately, the peaceful atmosphere doesn't last for long as Liv (Isobel Steele) soon arrives at the pub and makes it clear that she wants to stay there - again!

Now fed up with her troubled mum Sandra, an emotional Liv still holds out hope that Aaron will be willing to take on the responsibility of looking after her.

But if he is, what will this mean for Robert and his hopes for a 'Robron' jaunt abroad?

Ryan Hawley, who plays Robert, recently told Digital Spy that the presence of Liv will spell trouble for his on-screen relationship in the coming weeks.

"Some of the stuff that we've been filming recently has shown that tension. Liv comes in between Robert and Aaron and causes friction," he explained.

"It's wonderful to work with Izzy, who plays Liv. She's a great little actress and we're very blessed to have her here. Her character is throwing a spanner in the works for 'Robron', so maybe we might even have a Roblivion!"

Emmerdale airs tonight (April 18) at 7pm on ITV.

Paddy and Rhona (2 vets) are set to leave the Practice, so are replaced with 1 locum?

even if you say Rhona is art time and has childcare responsibilities....

when she stays but Paddy still goes, the locum gets cancelled??

Their bad reputation due to Pierce slagging them off probably made them lose a lot of customers
I guess Paddy and Rhona had enough to do while Vanessa was on maternity leave so has shown that 2 vets should be enough
