I broadly agree with you and understand why you, and many others, are unhappy. I always had anxieties of what Rebecca remaining in Emmerdale would mean for Robron. As an appendage to Robron, her presence dictates certain sorts of stories as opposed to other ones that would easily be more exciting, more gay pioneering and far more challenging to the talents of Dryan.

However, the Robron reunion was so well done, and answered so many of my questions that I am prepared to be patient for the moment and see how Emmerdale move things along, particularly given the Lachlan stuff which has to impact on Rebecca and have a knock on effect on Robron (perhaps a major one).

Also, IMO, what we have had this last week has not really had a major impact on the development of Robron's post-reunion dynamic or the development of their other story lines, independent of Rebecca, Seb and Victoria. . Sure, Robron haven't been able to go on a honeymoon, but then when would they have organised one given neither of them were aware that they were about to get back together?

I appreciate all you are saying and it all makes logical rational sense of the situation and yes I agree that it has not had a major impact on Robron moving forward which is what we wanted.

The only thing, and this is my own personal feeling, is that I am totally bored with PD’s presence and cannot get interested in what happens to her, as her character just does not appear to have had any development or depth added to her since she arrived in Oct 2016.

I realise that everyone is probably bored with me going on and on about PD but I’m sorry that is just the way she affects me when I see her on screen, but I wish to clarify that this is my opinion of the character not EH.

still sub zero here and I think there's more snow on way tonite but all safe and warm

easy to think that Rebecca still being around is just to wind up robron fans but mista iain prob really believe that we want the drama

I don't think she'll be any real threat to the boyz rather than just being annoying to us

actually I think ed said she had not been "axed" when asked but didn't say just leaving or her contract ending also it's funny how they seem to be annoyed that viewers don't just love their endless cheating sls

Thanks Eddy, I agree with you I think I am just fed up with PD being around and want to see where this is leading similar to Don really.

I loved the reunion and don't get why some people are moaning about it elsewhere I thought it was brilliant.

Love the scenes with Robert and Rebecca let's hope there's more in the future, they work much better than robron

Duncan (or Butters lol) has said the person from Aaron's past will bring trouble and it's an opportunity for Robron to work together and thatbthey won't be splitting as a result or anything like that

sure everyone here will be really happy with that news

just a thought but we perhaps assumed that the person is male but I don't think that's actually confirmed interesting maybe

Good morning you lot.

I'm pleased to say that no new snow has fallen and what had settled has largely melted. Some rain forecast for later but bright with a little sunshine at present, 5c and rising. I'm hoping everyone is enjoying a similar change.
