He’s not won many friends recently in Emmerdale – or among the Emmerdale fanbase – and Finn Barton is set to decide that he needs some time away from the village alone. But, after everything that’s happened lately, might he be tempted to turn his holiday to Australia into something more permanent.
In the wake of the trouble with Kasim and the incarceration of Aaron Dingle, Finn feels like he is treading water in the village and that he needs to clear his head. Ross is trying his best to set Finn up with something new but his attempts at matchmaking only lead to embarrassment for Finn.
Becoming exhausted with his family and his life in the village, Finn announces that he is going to Australia alone – and his mum Emma is left worried by his intentions. Will Finn even come home or is he planning on getting away for good?
As Emma, who likes to be in control, grows concerned, will she step in and stop Finn or will she allow him to make his own decision?
