Cara is alarmed when her husband’s lover is admitted onto AAU, in labour. With the maternity ward full, an emotional Cara becomes an unwilling spectator to the birth of her husband’s child.
In the aftermath of his hostage ordeal Guy buries himself in paperwork and cancels his surgical commitments. When he sees what appears to be an abandoned bag on the ward, he panics and fears that it’s a security risk.
