Jean Slater will arrive back in Walford in EastEnders tonight (July 3) with some big news for her daughter Stacey Branning.

Stacey (Lacey Turner) will be surprised when she returns home to find Jean waiting for her, eager to share some important information.

Following a difficult date with new boyfriend Martin, Stacey is shocked when Jean (Gillian Wright) tells her that she is getting married the following day.

Jean is preparing to marry her current partner Ollie Walters, who viewers saw her depart the Square with back in 2013.

However, with Stacey confused as to why the couple are planning their nuptials so suddenly, will she be supportive of Jean's special day?

It was announced earlier this year that Wright would be reprising her popular role for another guest stint.

Next week's episodes will see Jean and Ollie marry, but her return will also allow Stacey's key storyline to be revisited.
