Cal and Ethan plan travel to Finland to help a patient take part in a potentially life-saving clinical trial. But they find themselves helping her adopted son’s biological brother, who is coming to terms with his mother’s illness. Will they make the trip?
Zoe speaks to Riley, who has been in a car accident and seems unable to speak. She discovers that his mother was killed in a road traffic collision.
With the news out that Carey is pregnant with Simon’s child, Zoe and Dylan unite a family and send them home happy.
Just as Dylan starts to show flair as Clinical Lead, Connie takes back the role. Meanwhile Zoe, fed up with living with the gang, moves into a flat with Max.
