Home and Away's Billie Ashford will resort to drastic measures as she desperately tries to hide the truth about her pregnancy.

Australian viewers have recently seen Billie discover that she is expecting, but a dark cloud looms over her baby's paternity.

Billie has led everyone to believe that teenager VJ is the father of her unborn child in a bid to cover the terrible reality about her sexual assault.

Its Phoebe - who is the only living person who knows the truth about Billie's ordeal - starts to correctly doubt whether VJ is actually the father, Billie becomes more determined than ever to cover her tracks.


However, she will fear for her secret when the doctor who confirmed her pregnancy joins the gym she works at, and Billie later decides to steal his security pass to break into the hospital.

Once inside, Billie alters her conception date on her medical records, but gets caught out just as she's about to leave. Will poor Billie be forced to reveal all?

Tessa De Josselin told TV Week: "Billie has a conversation with Phoebe which alerts her to the possibility that the truth could come out. It's high stress for her because she is being deceitful."

No, it's a terrible thing to do to him. However, since she must be in a world of pain and not thinking straight after the rape, I think it's ultimately forgiveable as long as she comes to her senses and admits the deceit sooner rather than later.

Agreed. From those earlier pictures on set, it appears that VJ & Billie are still together down the track when she has the "burgeoning baby bump". So I hope that when she gets caught out after she changes the conception date on her medical records, she doesn't bluff her way out of it & the truth does come out then (& VJ decides to stick by her, even though the baby isn't his?). Rather that than a scenario where they all find out later on that VJ isn't the father because the baby has an incompatible blood type or something similar etc. (knowing H&A, it will probably be the latter though!! We will see.)

SPOILER alert — there’s a wedding coming up in Summer Bay. And in a double whammy for Home and Away fans, there’s also a pregnancy.

With a rare moment of blue sky overhead, Confidential snapped actors Matt Little and Tessa de Josselin saying their I Do’s at Palm Beach yesterday.
And with all key cast members on deck for the scenes, it appears to be a pivotal moment in an upcoming storyline for the actors who play VJ and Billie on the popular Channel Seven soap.

Controversially, while VJ is yet to find out on air, viewers know now he is not the father of Billie’s baby
Little wore a light blue suit while de Josselin shows off a large baby bump in a floor length strapless white gown.

Spotted in the crowd as de Josselin was walked up the aisle by Ash, played by George Mason, were Lynne McGranger, Georgie Parker, Emily Symons, Ada Nicodemou, Rachaelle Banno, Charlie Clausen and Pia Miller.
Nicodemou shared a behind the scenes snap on Instagram with McGranger with the caption: “My best buddy”. And in another shot — a selfie — she is photobombed by Clausen, Little and Scott Lee.

A Summer Bay Wedding on the Horizon

There looks to be another Summer Bay wedding towards the end of the year, as VJ Patterson (Matt Little) and Billie Ashford (Tessa de Josselin) decide to get hitched in a beachside wedding.

Eagle-eyed fans, including those on the Official Home and Away Tour were lucky enough to get a sneak preview of the ceremony which was filmed near the Surf Club at Palm Beach on Tuesday.
Billie, who was shown to be heavily pregnant, was walked down the aisle by her brother Ash.

Whilst the ceremony could of course go off without a hitch (so to speak), a Summer Bay wedding is not usually without its perils, and Billie and VJ’s current situation could well set the stage for a dramatic ceremony. #

Australian viewers will know that Billie has recently lied about VJ being the father of her baby, after she slept with him two weeks after being raped by an unknown assailant in the gym. Last week the mum-to-be even snuck into her doctor’s office and changed her expected due date on the computer system, to avoid any suspicion.

Whether she will eventually come clean to VJ, keep up the pretence into their marriage, or even blurt out the truth at the altar Ã* la Ruth Stewart, remains to be seen! ##
