Actor Stuart Wolfenden is back a third time for a new role in Coronation Street.
He is returning to the soap as Greig Hodge – the dad of teenager Jackson Hodge – who has fathered a child with school classmate Faye Windass.
Sharp-eyed Corrie fans instantly recognised Stuart, 45, and recalled his first role as paper boy Craig Russell in 1986.
Three years later he returned as Kevin Webster’s grease monkey sidekick Mark Casey.
He even dated Jenny Bradley, just as Kevin, played by Michael Le Vell, is doing now. But Mark left Weatherfield in 1991 when the garage went bust.

One viewer moaned online: “Corrie’s casting department are thick, employing an actor who played a regular character, then to reintroduce him.”

The Rochdale-born actor has also appeared in Heartbeat, Clocking Off and Emmerdale.
