Exclamation Casualty Spoilers 25th April 2015

    'The Rita Supremacy'

Connie needs to prove her innocence in the Alfred case, but her last chance to do so is scuppered by Rita and she is charged.

When a gorgeous patient comes into the Emergency Department with a septic tattoo (a result of trying to impress a man who left her at the altar) Lofty tells her that she deserves to be treated better. The patient kisses Lofty and Robyn sees, which hurts her feelings.

Robyn helps two star-crossed lovers who are brought into the ED having been involved in a house fire. The police suspect arson, but when the girl’s mother arrives at the ED it transpires that the cause of the fire lies with her.

New Casualty pictures show Connie Beauchamp behind bars following her recent arrest.

Last weekend's episode of the BBC One medical drama saw Connie (Amanda Mealing) hauled in for questioning by the police after being accused of helping her friend Alfred Maxwell to die.

With the case so complex, Connie is forced to spend the night in a police cell before being thoroughly quizzed by detectives the next morning.

Although Connie is adamant that she has done nothing wrong, various evidence points to the possibility that she did help Alfred to end his suffering.

To make matters worse, statements from Connie's colleagues don't all paint her in a positive light as they recall her strange behaviour on the day of Alfred's death.

After a tough time with the detectives, Connie urges them to check her office at work as the tablets she stole when she considered helping Alfred to die are still in her desk drawer.

Unfortunately for Connie, her rival Rita Freeman is already one step ahead of the police and manages to scupper her final chance to prove her innocence...

Casualty continues on Saturday (April 25) at 9.20pm on BBC One.

Rita did not like Connies style of management and kicked up and organised a work to rule. Connie told her she would not be at Holby within 6 months as she (Connie) would destroy her

Rita could go to jail herself for what she did. Tampering with evidence is a crime....especially in a murder investigation.
I was shocked to the core for what Rita did. She deserves to be fired for it at the very least.
