Soap fans should watch out for a few more schedule changes over the next few weeks as football and other one-off programming leads to more disruption.
On Friday, March 27, Emmerdale will air in the earlier slot of 6.45pm on ITV, while there will be no episodes of Coronation Street. This is due to ITV's coverage of the England vs. Lithuania game that night.
Coronation Street airs an hour-long episode at 8pm on Sunday, March 29 to make up for the loss of the usual Friday double bill.
On Thursday, April 2, Emmerdale will air a full hour-long episode from 7pm rather than the usual Thursday double. This is due to the ITV Leaders' Debate airing from 8pm.
Finally, on Friday, April 3 (Good Friday), the lunchtime showings of Home and Away and Neighbours will be earlier than usual at 12.45pm and 1.15pm respectively.
