I don't think Grant does know, no.

Grant doesn't know as yet. I don't think Sharon knows that Grant is his father either. I read somewhere that Martin knows, and as he's currently in the show, it could happen.

I doubt they would introduce Mark with neither parent in the show though. Courtney turning up would make more sense, as she already knows Phil and Billy. Her memory of them won't be great, but it's all they need in soapland to have the character turn up.

Michelle was pregnant with him when she left in October 1995, so he would've been born in 1996. He'll be 19 shortly.
