With Lofty questioning and Dylan digging deep to find her treatment notes, eventually the patient has to admit the truth.
Meanwhile, Connie helps a teenage girl who has Tourette's syndrome accept that she needs help.
Elsewhere, having taken the report personally, Charlie suspects that there is more to Connie's 'high standards'. It turns out that Connie's dad died in an Emergency Department corridor.
Also this week, an elderly patient who comes to the ED complaining of fatigue and breathlessness brings her so-called psychic dog with her, claiming that he can sense illness. Lily disregards her symptoms and asks her to leave.
