Next week's special Casualty episode will centre predominately around Faith Cadogan as the show jumps back in time to explain her new story.

Viewers learned from tonight's cliffhanger (March 25) that Faith has been taking stolen prescription drugs, and the reason for this will become apparent through flashback scenes.

Here's a full collection of the biggest moments to watch out for:

1. Natalia grows suspicious of Faith

Faith is preparing for work when her daughter Natalia spots her crushing diazepam.

Faith quickly covers, claiming they're painkillers for her back, but Natalia isn't entirely convinced.

2. Faith sees a face from the past

Faith is left visibly unsettled when Angus, now going by the name Warren, arrives in cubicles.

Fans will remember Angus as the man who Faith brought home last year, with disastrous repercussions when Stevie got injured as a result.

After seeing Angus again, Faith flashes back to the night she brought him back to hers.

3. Faith has a disturbing flashback

Flashback scenes then show Angus offering Faith drugs on the night in question.

Thrown by the memory, Faith reminds Angus that he robbed her the last time they met.

Angus apologises, but Faith is clearly distressed.

4. Faith is caught out

Faith's day gets worse when Kerrel ? her patient from last week ? is readmitted with a new condition, caused by injecting drugs.

Unsettled, Faith escapes into the toilets, but is unable to get the images of her night with Angus out of her head.

Kerrel, having grown frustrated by Faith's dismissive attitude, follows Faith and stumbles upon the nurse preparing to take more drugs.

Kerrel immediately realises that Faith was responsible for her diazepam going missing during her last visit to the ED and gives her an ultimatum ? she wants more drugs, or she'll reveal the truth.

5. Faith revisits the worst night of her life

Faith is further unnerved to meet Angus' girlfriend, Sophie.

In another flashback, Faith remembers being determined to have a good night with Angus, and accepting the drugs after all.

She then flashes back to Angus returning to the bed when she was passed out.

6. Faith tells Iain the truth

At the end of a difficult day, Iain gently persuades Faith to tell him what's wrong.

Faith explains what Angus did that night but doesn't tell Ian the full story about the drugs she's been taking ever since.

Iain urges her to go to the police, but promises to support Faith in whatever she decides.

Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday, April 1 on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
