Jesse comes into work on a high, flirting with Adele and planning to escape for a few days' surfing at the end of his shift.
Later, however, Jesse is made to face up to the destructive consequences of his womanising ways when he is forced to treat Zosia's mentally ill friend Lisa.
Meanwhile, Zosia struggles to prove to Fleur and herself that she can still perform on her medication whilst wrestling with a patient with a very embarrassing secret.
Elsewhere, Serena battles against the belt-tightening recommendations of the Holby board when chairman Angus Farrell comes down to AAU and starts advocating some fierce cuts.
