Sounds like it could be a hangover and the drink's still in her system - to her horror no doubt, or there's something sinister going on and she wants to be rid of April 😄. If she is actually drinking on the day then if she gets more out of character she'll end up in a passionate affair with Ross, she finds it really exciting that he carjacked her and finds him insanely attractive 😃

Later Andy and Katie discuss what has gone on, but Katie is thrown when Lawrence makes her an offer - she can have the farm if she colludes in exposing Robert. Katie is stunned and left reeling as she's being asked to be the bait in a honeytrap, but will she agree?

Meanwhile, Ruby feels guilty for upsetting Amelia and regrets returning to the village. Amelia apologises for lying and causing such upset but insists she must still love Ali. Ali asks Ruby to give her one last chance. Soon she sees Ruby getting into a taxi and promptly blocks it from leaving. Although Ruby is reluctant at first, Ali declares her love and kisses her. Katie has not yet told Andy about Lawrence's offer and is thrown when Lawrence asks her if she's made up her mind yet.

Katie knows she has to tell Andy, but how will he take it and could Lawrence start to regret ever involving the pair?

Meanwhile, Ali feels awkward around Ruby, worried that she might be changing her mind. Later a troubled Ruby confides in Brenda, thinking that her and Ali's relationship may be broken for good. Brenda makes an observation and soon Ruby is offering Ali her engagement ring. Ali is thrilled that things are back on track.

She's actually drinking on the day..meeting Nicola for a lunch over the glass of wine when she suddenly gets a phonecall from school to pick up April. Anyone responsible(like I thought Laurel was-but then again she did try to kill Ross with scissors??! :/ ) in that situation would call someone else to pick her up or give a lift or call taxi.

Emmerdale's Belle Dingle sparks both joy and concern from her loved ones as she returns to the village next week.

Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) arrives home after being released from youth custody following her punishment for the accidental death of her best friend Gemma Andrews.

The teenager receives a warm welcome from everyone as she makes her return, and her parents Zak and Lisa are particularly pleased that she seems to be in good spirits.

Aaron Livesy has a different outlook as he seems troubled to see how much Belle has changed since he last saw her, while Lisa is also soon provided with reason to worry when she makes a concerning discovery on Belle's laptop.

Having been anxious over Belle for a while, is Lisa overreacting as she starts to worry, or is there really more trouble to come following her daughter's return?

Emmerdale airs these scenes on Friday, November 7 at 7pm on ITV.

Emmerdale youngster Arthur Thomas faces a potentially dangerous situation at home in Wednesday night's episode (November 5).

In the build-up to a bonfire party, Arthur takes a box of fireworks outside on his own while the adults are busy squabbling with each other.

Hit play below for a first look at Arthur's risky move:

Charlotte Bellamy, who plays Arthur's mum Laurel, recently explained that the scary moment could be "a wake-up call" for her character following her recent problems with husband Marlon.

She said: "Laurel and Marlon are basically arguing the whole time, really. As they're arguing, they take their eye off the ball and Arthur runs around and nearly lights a firework, which is another wake-up call that they're not on track and not themselves."

Emmerdale airs these scenes on Wednesday at 7pm on ITV.
