More rubbish from the producer though charity getting found out will be good emmerdale needs another serial killer or a fire to get rid of all the deadwood characters aaron katie andy robert ali moira adam would be a good start

Coming up on Emmerdale, Katie Addyman and Andy Sugden are left shellshocked when Robert returns to the village.

Robert's return storyline kicks off when Edna Birch's former love rival Lawrence White (John Bowe) arrives back in the area, joined by his daughter Chrissie. They turn up for a Home Farm open day that Nicola King has arranged in order to attract potential purchasers.

Nicola is immediately suspicious of Chrissie and suspects that she has only come for the free alcohol, promptly insulting her.

Chrissie bites back and is determined to look around in spite of Nicola's objections, but Nicola thinks she needs to be taught a lesson and comes up with a plan.

Roping Andy and Katie into her scheme, Nicola soon gets the couple to pretend that they are rich in order to put Chrissie off wanting the house.

The plan appears to be a success when Chrissie completely falls for the act, but the loved-up pair are left shocked when Chrissie's fiancé arrives and it turns out to be Andy's brother Robert…

It was previously reported that the White family will be taking over at Home Farm when Lawrence purchases it later this month.

Emmerdale airs these scenes on Thursday, October 23 at 7pm on ITV.
