Denise makes an important life choice and is thankful for a helping hand.

Meanwhile, Tina offers Sonia her support, but Sonia's reaction surprises her.

Elsewhere, Shabnam is overcome with guilt over the information she is hiding.



Thursday

Ian and Peter are shocked when they learn about a new development concerning Lucy's death.

Meanwhile, after a startling accusation, David's suspicions grow as he decides to do some investigating himself.

Elsewhere, Bianca's constant grilling of Sonia causes her to make a surprising confession.


Friday

Sonia and Bianca try to put their differences behind them for Carol's sake, but how long will it last?

Meanwhile, David delivers a shocking ultimatum to one of Walford's residents.

Elsewhere, after Tina gets advice from an unlikely individual, she is stopped in her tracks by some news from Tosh.

Monday

After recent events, Jane is torn about how to behave and makes a drastic decision.

Meanwhile, Lola is disgusted when she finds that nasty comments about Lucy have been left on her social networking page. When Peter overhears her reaction, she is forced to read the troll messages to him. Peter is left a broken wreck after hearing the remarks, so Lola tries to lift his spirits by arranging to get the whole gang together to remember Lucy. However, Lola is concerned when Peter assumes that it was Lauren's idea.

Elsewhere, a nervous Kat attends her hearing for perjury, knowing that she could go to prison. As Donna and Bianca row on the market once again, they find out Kat's sentence.

Also today, after some comments are made in The Vic, Mick realises that there may be a negative perception of his family after Lee's involvement with Lucy. Wanting to rectify this, Linda decides to offer her support to the Beales in her own special way.

Finally, Martin cancels his date night with Sonia to go out with his mates instead. Sonia is disappointed and Tina makes things worse when she interferes.


Tuesday

Denise is ready to leave Walford and join Libby in Oxford, so she packs a suitcase and takes off her engagement ring. When Patrick returns home unexpectedly, Denise confesses her plan to him.

Denise expects Patrick to talk her out of leaving Ian, but she is surprised when he books her a taxi instead. Will Denise leave Albert Square?

Meanwhile, Bianca hassles Sonia to be honest with Martin after discovering that she still hasn't told him about her gene test results. Later, Tina is heading off for a night out with Tosh, but she tells Tosh that she'll catch her up after spotting Sonia sitting on her own in the Square. As Tina reassures her friend, Sonia responds by kissing her…

Elsewhere, with help from Lauren, Whitney logs in to Lucy's social networking page in order to stop the trolling.

Also today, Shabnam is overcome with guilt over the information she is hiding.


Thursday

It's early morning on the Square and the police arrive to share some urgent news with Ian and Peter. They explain that Lucy's 'mugging' was staged and she was actually murdered - possibly by someone she knew. As this information has already leaked, the shock development is all over the news.

The police have also discovered that Lucy was having secret trysts with someone before her death, and that person could well be the killer. Ian and Peter take this lead and start interrogating the Walford residents themselves, starting with David Wicks. However, David has a theory of his own as he is suspicious of Max's strange behaviour. Confronting Max, David asks whether he killed Lucy…

Meanwhile, Peter and Lauren are shocked when they see how many secrets Lucy has been hiding from them. They start to realise that they didn't really know her at all.

Elsewhere, following pressure from her family and Tina, Sonia makes an appointment with the gene doctors but ends up missing it when her car breaks down. Later, Sonia tells Bianca that she kissed Tina.

Also today, fed up with Cora treating his home like a hotel, Patrick gives Cora a month's notice to find a new place to live.


Friday

Bianca and Sonia continue to argue about Tina, but they put their bickering aside when Whitney expresses her concern about Carol.

Back home, the women find Carol secretly meeting a wig specialist, having shaved all of her hair off. Bianca tries to be there for Carol, but she still can't resist making digs at Sonia. When Bianca takes things too far, the argument moves onto the Square…

Meanwhile, Max lies to David, claiming that he didn't have any involvement with Lucy before her death. However, when David threatens to report him to the police, Max comes clean about the affair. David then issues a shock ultimatum to Max - he should tell Ian, or he'll do it for him. How will Max react?

Elsewhere, after Ian frantically searches through Lucy's belongings for clues, it's left to Lauren and Peter to put everything back where it belongs. As they do, the pair continue to grow closer as they support each other.

Also today, Tosh announces that she is moving into Aleks's other room. Tina is left feeling uneasy when Tosh suggests they should move in together.

Finally, Alfie is dejected about the stall now that he's running it on his own, but after some encouraging words, he remembers his old tricks of the trade and reconsiders his options.
