New doctor Cal bursts on to the scene in a daredevil stunt as he tries to save the life of a young woman trapped in a limo, hanging precariously off a bridge.

As Cal works to rescue the trapped patient, will he be able to get her out safely?

Later, arriving in the ED, Cal attends to the treatment of Caitlin, who following an accident is worried about losing her sight. But as Ethan notices a flicker of recognition between Cal and Caitlin, he soon stirs up trouble for his brother.
