    New Year's Resolution 2014

I dont think we've had one of these threads for a while.

Anyone going to be making any new years resolutions? New years will be here soon.

I'm still trying to think of mine. I want to actually keep to mine this year.

I'm not a believer in new year's resolutions generally because they're so often broken. This year, though, I've made a to-do list of things I've been putting off forever, and I'm pleased to say I've already done one of them

I'd been meaning for a while now to post my experience of recovery on a self-help forum I once frequented in order to encourage others that there is hope, and I did so yesterday.

I'm feeling very pleased with myself now

I like that idea better. A list of things to accomplish over the year. Might give it a try

I've resolved not to make any more resolutions.

Wonder if I can keep that one?

I joined sccottish Slimmers in March of this year and since them I have lost a stone in weight it's been slow but i'm sticking with it. i've got just over another stone to loose before I get to my target weight. That's my resolution

Thanks to Vicky for my great new banner xxx
