The pressure is on Fletch, who is trying to balance responsibility with helping a vulnerable boy.

Meanwhile, Jamie unwittingly gives Lily a lesson in patient care.

When Skelly spots George begging, he agrees to take him under his wing. Taking him back to his house, George soon discovers that Skelly isn't all that he seems and when they are forced to run from the home's real owners, George ends up in the ED.

As Fletch takes on the boy's care, he realises there is more to his story. However, when Fletch's wife comes into the ED, his attention is diverted.

Meanwhile, a woman named Grace with a poorly-bandaged hand is in a state of some distress as she runs towards a house calling for Justin. Realising he's not home, she makes her way to the busy ED.

Grace doesn't want to be any trouble, but Lily takes over the case, even though she seems keen to get away. However, as Lily discharges her, Jamie raises concerns - leaving Lily to question her judgement.

Casualty's senior staff nurse Adrian 'Fletch' Fletcher will be under pressure in this week's episode as his home life follows him to the hospital once again.

Fletch (Alex Walkinshaw) is working an extra shift when his wife Natalie turns up to find out why he isn't at home.

The story begins when Charlie Fairhead begs Fletch to cover his shift, as he needs to rush home to deal with a broken boiler and a flooded kitchen.

Fletch reluctantly agrees to step in, but soon finds himself at the centre of a complicated situation when a young patient appears to be lying to him.

Realising that injured George has given him a fake name and is pretending to be older than he really is, Fletch does some detective work and discovers that he's been missing for days.

However, just when Fletch is trying to help George, Natalie (Claire Cage) turns up to complain about her husband not being at home and ignoring her calls.

Revealing her deeper fears, Natalie adds that she has even found herself wondering whether Fletch has another woman. How will he react to her suspicions?
