Tracy was with Nate when he was also with Kerry and Amy not sure if Moira was a notch then too
That sounds like a quite boring low key exit for Pete, does he sell his share of the farms?
Emmerdale has revealed how the build-up to Pete Barton's exit begins next week.
The ITV soap has previously announced that Pete will be leaving the village, as actor Anthony Quinlan has decided to bow out.
A new spoiler clip on Emmerdale's official website has now confirmed that Pete's new position at Wylie's Farm will play a role in his upcoming departure.
When Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh) spots Pete struggling at the cafe, he reveals how he has been to visit the graves of his father James and younger brother Finn.
Pete admits that it hasn't been easy to work on the same farm where his mum Emma held James hostage before his death. However, Tracy questions whether it's a wise idea for him to be there at all.
The farmer admits that he now feels like a spare part in the village, but insists that he has no other choice but to stick around and see it through at Wylie's, despite the haunting reminders of the past. But is it only a matter of time before he changes his mind?
Official Emmerdale spoilers for next week have previously revealed that a new romance between Tracy and Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) will also take its toll on Pete.
Pete struggles with feeling like the third wheel around the pair, which is another factor making him feel uncomfortable in the village.
Anthony has been playing the role of Pete since 2013. News of his departure first leaked out in October last year.
Emmerdale scriptwriter Sharon Marshall later confirmed: "It is true. He has said he wants to go off and do some other projects. We will all miss him."
