When Graham and Jake, two plumbers, come into the ED after falling through a client's ceiling, Jeff finds himself drawn into the family's personal dramas as their debt problems come to the surface.
Meanwhile, Sam and Tom's relationship goes from strength to strength, so much so that he plans to propose. However, when he lets news of his plans slip, Robyn can't keep her mouth shut and the gossip starts to spread through the hospital, leaving Tom in a race to reach Sam before the gossip.
Elsewhere, Big Mac is angry to discover that Louise has applied for an ECA job on his behalf, but will he turn up for the interview?
