When a pregnant woman is rushed into the ED following a road traffic accident, Tess and the team must work quickly. However, with the patient's support system breaking down around her and a difficult birth, will Tess be able to get over her issues and provide some comfort to the patient in need? Or will the distraction of her clinical error prove too much to bear?
Meanwhile, Robyn takes pity on her step-brother Max and agrees to let him to move in. But after a string of partygoers are admitted to the ED with similar symptoms, Robyn and Jamie soon work out the link.
