When Cam is put in charge of his 7-year-old brother Taylor, things take a dangerous turn after he finds Taylor collapsed against a tree. Jeff, Dixie and Lloyd, who is acting as a paramedic for the day, quickly arrive on the scene.

Noticing the strong smell of cannabis in Cam's car, Lloyd is suspicious, but believes the teenager when he says that Taylor has probably drunk some sort of weed killer.

However, when Cam's lies begin to unravel and the crisis escalates, Lloyd puts himself in a danger as he heads back into a burning house to rescue the boy. As his colleagues gear up for his leaving party, will Lloyd ever make it there?
