'Emmerdale' team film fire scenes
A fire engine has been used on the set of Emmerdale this week for scenes due to air next month.
Fans have spotted the vehicle on the show's village webcams, while a picture was also posted up online by fire-cover.net, which provides fire cover and equipment to the TV and film industry.
While Digital Spy understands that there's nothing on the scale of the recent Coronation Street blaze coming up, there will be a fire at one of the cottages in the village in a future storyline.
Show bosses are keeping tight-lipped over which characters will be involved, but the scenes in question are expected to air in mid-May.
