    Cat fighting

My cat has decided to fight with another cat in the street, I have never seen this other cat before. Is there anything I can do, I'm looking after it by myself at the moment and I'd rather it be in one piece when my parents return.

Ive literally just had to split them up as you could hear them fighting on the street and a driver had to stop as they were in the middle of the road!! I know there's probably nothing I can do and just hope nothing bad happens but I though I'd post something just to see if this has happened to anyone else.

You could try keeping the cat in and getting a litter tray?
It's likely that they won't fight anymore. Sometimes cat fights kick off when one cat comes in to anothers garden, maybe something like that happened with your cat and it was defending its turf.

I think it was because it was right outside our window. I sprayed it with some water and he hasn't returned since so hopefully that will be the end of it.

Most likely. I'd imagine you've probably solved the problem now
