The Braxtons capture Jamie as a way of getting to Adam. Celia's secret motives are closer to being revealed when she takes a phone call from a mystery caller. Meanwhile, Maddy and Spencer question whether they should remain on the run or seek help.

Adam and Jamie are arrested following Adam's confession. Jett's crush on Indi develops when she comes over to babysit, but Romeo crashes the party. Off the back of Heath's new found maturity, he and Bianca decide to move in together.

Romeo foils Jett's plans to cause friction between him and Indi. Sasha completes her Science assignment with new friend Rosie. Alf and Irene are suspicious of Celia when sums of money are stolen and then returned. When Casey starts work in the kitchen at the prison, Courtney demands Casey sneak certain packages to inmates via the food delivery. Casey flushes the drugs, refusing to take any more orders from Courtney.

Dex and Sasha host a toga party at the farmhouse. The party doesn't go to plan with Sid accusing Dex of pushing it too hard and April snapping at his wild boy antics. Brax and Casey address Courtney's assault. Meanwhile, Rosie takes to Casey but it disappointed to learn he wasn't hitting on her, he was simply being nice.

Roo and Harvey look after Maddy and Spencer but are unsure what their next move will be. Dex puts everything on the table in repairing his relationships with Sid and April. Heath applies for custody of Darcy, but Bianca's concerned.

Monday episode 5666 - 28/01/13

It is payback time for the Braxton’s following Heath’s kidnapping and assault by Adam and Jamie. Having physically intimidated Jamie, Brax decides is best for the brothers to play things smart - to get to Adam they’ll have to use Jamie as bait. Kyle’s keen on getting in on the action but Brax denies him, before changing his mind and allowing him the chance to help out – he’s got to be trusted at some point, right?

Heath lures Jamie to the pier and apologises for the way things turned out – he gets that Jamie’s been a puppet in his dad’s little stage-show. In feigning courtesy Heath mentions that he overheard Brax talking to Liam on the phone about Leah, but Brax left for Leah’s place a short while back. Hunting Leah’s where-abouts Jamie heads to Leah’s and overhears Brax and Liam talking about her safety – unaware the conversation is a set-up. With details of her location Jamie goes to a house in Mangrove River only to discover it’s a trap – Leah’s not there, but Kyle is.

Alf and Marilyn can’t break it to Celia that she’s been fired from the Diner, instead convincing her that her services be better spent helping out at the caravan park. Having appointed herself as Guest Relations Manager – to Alf’s dismay – Celia sits down to a game of poker with Harvey. When Harvey suggests they play for 5c pieces, Celia snaps – with a friend having suffered from gambling she refuses to play any game that involves a monetary sum. Later, the game is interrupted when Celia takes a mystery phone call. To the unidentified caller she reiterates that she didn’t want them making any contact - she is handling the situation and will call when everything has been taken care of. The reason for Celia’s extended stay is being revealed piece by piece.

Spencer and Maddy sleep at Summer Bay High yet again. Waking to a new school day Spencer’s concerns for Maddy deepen when it seems she getting sick. When Sasha finds their blankets in the corridor she takes them. Crossing with Roo in the diner the connection between the caravan park’s missing blankets and who it is that’s sleeping at the school is made. Roo enlists Sasha’s help to leave dinner and a note by their sleeping place. With Roo’s phone number on the note, the two teens disagree about making contact. Maddy knows what will happen should their parents find them in Summer Bay. Spencer worried for Maddy’s health – If he doesn’t seek help from Roo she might get worse. What are they going to do?

Tuesday episode 5667 - 29/01/13

Adam finds Brax at Angelo’s, wanting to know what he’s done with Jamie. After talking to Jamie on the phone Adam questions what it is Brax wants. It’s simple - all he has to do is turn himself into the cops and Jamie’ll be freed. Adam tells Brax he’s not worried - the police won’t believe a word Brax says. But when John enters having recorded Adam’s confession on his phone and Liam enters as a witness it seems Adam has shown his final hand. Both Adam and Jamie are arrested. Despite the charges Adam turns to Brax somewhat warning – they’ll see each other again soon.

With VJ still away, Jett embarks on a new friendship with Indi. It’s soon evident with Indi walking up the beach bikini-clad in slow-motion that impressionable Jett may be falling for her a little harder than first thought. When Gina and John insist upon a baby-sitter while at the Principal’s function, Jett floats the idea of Indi – she can get some study done, get some pay and they can hang out together. The ‘babysit’ seems to be going well that is until Romeo turns up and steals Indi’s attention. For it Jett, it’s an obstacle he’s going to have to overcome.

Bianca’s attends her first day back at school and is surprised to find Heath arrive to walk her home at the end of the day. Taking a stroll on the beach they address Heath’s growing maturity – he’s really trying to make something of his life. The idea of moving into together is raised and their union is sealed with a kiss. But not everyone is convinced; some banter between the Braxton brothers sees Brax laughing off Heath’s motivations – Heath getting his life together? He’ll believe when he sees it.

Wednesday episode 5668 - 30/01/13

Jett arrives for breakfast at the diner and finds Indi there waiting for Romeo. Having headed off to the bathroom she gets a text message from Romeo saying he can’t make it but Jett deletes the message before she gets back in an attempt to create friction. To his disappointment, Indi takes the miscommunication lightly. Later outside the surf club Jett again tries to cause division by rubbing lipstick on Romeo’s collar. The plan for separation between Indi and Romeo again fails; Romeo instead wising up Jett’s plan. He casually raises Jett’s motives at Angelo’s to which Jett denies but it’s clear he’s been left looking like the fool.

With a new science assignment handed out Sasha is stuck in partnership with chatterbox Rosie. Sasha struggles to handle, Rosie, a hiccup during research resulting in the two of them falling off the pier into the bay. Despite their indifferences earlier in the day, the girls have dinner together and discover they may have more in common than first thought.

Alf is incensed when more money is stolen from the caravan park. At the diner, Irene too is dismayed to find a $20 note goes walkabout. It’s a surprise to both when the money is handed back. Irene suspicions as raised when Celia is seen to be around the place at the time of missing – and then returned – money. Alf too is starting become suspicious when Celia buys gifts for the family. Something doesn’t quite fit.

Zac places Casey in the gaol kitchen as the new kitchen-hand. It isn’t long before bad-guy Courtney is asking for favours – certain packages come with the food delivery and he’d like Casey to make sure those packages reach their destination. Finding the drugs amongst a bag of rice it seems Casey has succumbed to Courtney’s demands, but when Courtney arrives at Casey’s cell Casey drops a bombshell – he flushed the lot; he’s not doing any of Courtney’s dirty work – so don’t ask again.

Thursday episode 5669 - 31/01/13

Dex and April discuss Uni – ‘O’ Week is coming up and April would like to do it together. Dex isn’t so keen – he’s supposed to be taking it slow - but when Irene raises a toga party at the Farm House Dex jumps at the idea. Sid’s puts his foot down – there won’t be any parties – but Sasha and Dex feel otherwise. Where does one get a toga costume?

Brax is worried to find Casey home early with bruises on his face. Casey says that it’s nothing- he can deal with his own problems, he doesn’t need big bro looking out for him. Brax isn’t convinced, confronting Natalie and Zac about it – having Zac around was supposed to give Casey some protection. Casey later discovers Natalie and Zac have a history and that worse still, Brax had asked Nat to have Zac – who he knew was in the system – look out for him. Both Braxton brothers soon find themselves apologising for their outbursts – Brax to Nat and Zac and Casey to Brax. A late night talk outside Angelo’s sees Brax saying how proud he is that Casey didn’t fold to thug Courtney. And Casey reveals that despite doing time inside, he may yet finish his HSC and study a trade after all.

The toga party doesn’t quite go as planned for anyone. April’s jealousy kicks in when Dex’s hot uni friends take his attention. The reverse occurs when a ‘stripping jock guy’ dances for April. Rosie night also goes from bad to worse when after a wardrobe malfunction she mistakes Casey being nice for Casey hitting on her. The party comes to a halt when Sid marches in. He implores Dex to take things easy but Dex bites back – he’s sick of living like an invalid. He wants to have some fun. Fun however has its consequences when April confronts him some time later. She disgusted just how much he’s enjoying the attention from the girls.

Friday episode 5670 - 01/02/13

Maddy’s deteriorating health leaves Spencer with no option but to call Roo. Roo and Harvey’s arrival at school angers Maddy, but it’s clear she’s in need of their help. After lunch at Summer Bay House they decline Roo’s offer to stay with them – they’ll be just fine on their own. Roo’s adamant they need to remain under her care but Harvey’s not so sure Alf would like it. Maybe they can stay in a caravan for a short period.

Friction continues to follow Dex and April post toga-party. She upset with the way he treated Sid during the party. A chat with Alf convinces Dex to be open and honest with his dad. Sid admits he’s struggling to allow Dex to live normally given what’s happened but Dex reassures him – things are going to be fine. Dex and April talk about their insecurities and it’s clear to them toga-party is just a night to forget. All is forgiven and their relationship is back to normal.

Heath and Bianca discuss house hunting when Heath receives a call that Darcy has run away. Finding her at the Share-house Heath draws Natalie’s help – a drawing suggests that Darcy’s worried Nan Connie is going to die. A walk on the beach with Heath and Darcy reveals the underlying issue – Darcy wants to move to Summer Bay to live with Heath. Back at the Share-house Heath announces to Bianca that he’s going to file for custody. Darcy’s ecstatic with the news but it’s evident that Bianca is not entirely convinced it’s a good idea.
