Jett and VJ both train hard, with the fear of failure in hot pursuit and Marilyn’s awkwardness with John leads Gina to think that the really is something going on. Meanwhile, Romeo continues to train, despite everyone’s advice against it and Sid buckles under the pressure of holding the family together.

Roo finds she can’t move on from Harvey’s infidelity, Bianca continues to doubt Heath, and Gina admits she has been neglecting John, but doesn’t trust him with Marilyn.

Luke Mitchell has revealed that Romeo Smith makes a shocking turn to drugs after injuring his knee in a surfing accident.

Romeo has been involved in an intense love triangle over the past few weeks, with feelings over his ex Indigo Walker (Samara Weaving) resurfacing just as she begins a new relationship with Liam (Axle Whitehead).

In an attempt to distract himself from his love life woes, he has thrown himself back into surfing - only to suffer the recurrence of a serious knee injury.

Speaking to TV Week, Mitchell said that when friend Alf (Ray Meagher) learns of the injury he attempts to get Romeo to go to the hospital, without success: "Romeo knows what the doctors are going to say and he doesn't want to hear it. It feels like he's losing part of his identity if he can't surf.

"At this point he feels like he's lost everything and surfing was the only thing that was keeping him going."

Mitchell then revealed Romeo decides to search online for a quick fix for his injury, and stumbles upon steroid use. He approaches bad boy Heath about supplying him with the drugs.

Mitchell said: "I think Heath is pretty surprised to see Romeo, the golden boy, talking to him about drugs, and is a bit apprehensive. But in the end, it doesn't take much to persuade Heath!"

The 27-year-old then hinted that fans may be surprised at the dark turn Romeo's character will be taking, saying: "You get to see a really different side of Romeo, and the steroid use affects him. He becomes a zombie, because he's taking them."

Home and Away airs these scenes next week on Network Seven in Australia and in November on Channel 5 in the UK.

Home and Away's Dan Ewing has revealed that his character Heath is facing a tough time proving to Bianca that he is to be trusted with new baby Rocco.

In scenes currently airing in Australia, baby Rocco has finally been released from hospital after being kept in for observation following his premature birth, and the pair are adjusting to life as new parents.

The actor told TV Week that Bianca remains concerned over Heath's abilities as a parent, something that Ewing thinks is understandable: "Heath is a bit of a boofhead, so it's not strange that she should be worried... but Heath is obviously in love with his son and would do anything for him."

Ewing revealed that, due to a few niggling doubts in her mind, Bianca (Lisa Gormley) persuades Irene (Lynne McGranger) to also be with Rocco at the house, so Heath is not left alone with him.

This upsets Heath and he confronts Bianca about her lack of faith in his parenting ability. Ewing said: "She apologises and Heath is pretty receptive to the apology, and there's a bit of back and forth."

Bianca then agrees to leave the two alone, but Ewing hints that her fears may soon be justified, as he reveals Rocco ends up back in the hospital: "Heath packs up his bag and takes Rocco to the hospital, but doesn't think to tell Bianca.

"He just wants to be left to look after his own kid, and that creates tension."

Australian viewers will see the storyline next week on Channel Seven, while the episodes will air on Channel 5 in November.

Steve Peacocke has revealed that Brax and Casey will embark on a fateful camping trip together in an attempt to clear Casey's head.

After they have spent the night together, Casey (Lincoln Younes) begins acting distant towards Sasha, which leads to him receiving some angry words from Sasha's sister Indi (Samara Weaving) and her dad Sid (Robert Mammone).

Lincoln Younes told TV Week: "She feels humiliated and rejected because he just drops her off at home and brushes her off."

"Casey isn't in a very good place emotionally," he added.

After Brax (Peacocke) hears the confrontation between Sid and Casey, he takes him on a trip to the Outback in an attempt to take his mind off things, with Peacocke noting: "The [Braxton] family is in turmoil and Brax has been left to clean up again."

However, unbeknownst to the Braxton boys Kyle, a mystery man who has been following members of the Braxton clan for weeks, has tailed them out into the woods and is watching their every move.

Casey eventually pours his heart out to Brax, and the pair decide soon after to head home. However, just as they are packing up to leave, something happens that will rock the Braxton clan to its foundations.

The scenes will be seen by Australian viewers on Channel Seven next week, and by UK viewers on Channel 5 in November.

Monday episode 5606 - 17/09/12

Harvey pleads with Roo to understand his reasons for sleeping with Mel. Roo is in no mood to listen to his explanations, and tells Alf. Alf scolds Harvey. Roo and Harvey continue to argue. Harvey is adamant that what he did is no different to what Roo put him through with Tim. Harvey decides to move out until she can figure out what she wants.

Casey is cold towards Sasha after their "night" together. Casey’s continued nonchalance has confused and upset Sasha. Casey is now avoiding Sasha, and she doubts his true affections. Sasha confronts Casey. His lack of answers prompts her to tell him to "go to hell!" Sasha tells Indi that she slept with Casey and that he used her. Indi confronts Casey in front of Brax.

Sid is attempting to bear the burden of Dex's rehabilitation despite April and Indi insisting on helping. Dex overhears Sasha complaining that the family (in particular her) have problems other than Dex to worry about. Sid listens as Dex tells April that he doesn’t want to forfeit her life and dreams for him. Sid reflects on his own commitment to Dex.

Natalie has to do a psychological review of Casey for the trial. Despite Natalie’s insistence on the contrary, Casey believes he is going to gaol and that is his fate. Natalie tells Brax of her concern for Casey’s defeatist attitude. Brax attempts to talk to Casey but is interrupted by Indi defending Sasha. She reveal both what Casey did and that he has a tattoo.

Tuesday episode 5607 - 18/09/12

Casey reveals his "All or Nothing" tattoo to Brax. Brax angrily confronts Natalie but she reiterates that she had been warning Brax about Casey for days. Brax doesn’t know what else to do to help Casey. He tries to convince Casey that all is not lost and pleads for Casey to talk about the day he killed their father so he can understand. Casey concedes and for the first time reveals how much he is struggling with his own guilt. Brax had no idea Casey was hurting so much. Casey tries to apologise to Sasha but is denied by April. Sid in enraged when Sasha explains the situation. He confronts Casey. Brax decides to takes Casey out of town for a few days. Kyle follows.

As Sasha apologises to Dex, Sid attempts to talk to April. He later discuses with her that Dex may never fully recover and that if she would want to fully realise her life ambitions, no one would blame her for leaving Dex. Sid attempts to drink away his problems and reveals to Liam that he mourns the son that has not yet returned. The son who held his family together. Sid has a fit of anger when driving home. Dex again offers April an out. She refuses.

Marilyn attempts to cheer up Roo. She suggests a cleansing ceremony, with burning of herbs and incense. Roo decides to burn Harvey’s belongings instead, but can’t go through with it. She still loves him.

Wednesday episode 5608 - 19/09/12

Jett finally concedes to John’s wishes and agrees to enter the surf carnival. Whilst at training, Jett repeatedly trash-talks Vj. Romeo schools Vj on the art of “mental disintegration”. Jett quits after Vj wins another training session. John encourages Jett not to give up.

Marilyn is awkward around John. She explains to Leah that she believes that John is interested but is concerned that it could be all in her head. After another awkward conversation, Marilyn informs Leah but this time Gina overhears, wanting to know what is going on with Marilyn and John. Marilyn denies any hanky panky.

Romeo trains hard, pushing his knee. Alf tries to explain to Romeo the idiocy of training so hard without giving his knee the chance to recover properly. Whilst out in the surf, Romeo re-injures his knee and gets caught. John swims out to help but struggles to find him.

Indi calls Liam after Sid is late returning home. Liam reveals the heated conversation he saw between Sid and Casey. Liam searches for Sid all over the bay, eventually finding him drunk on the side of a road. Sid doesn’t want to go home to have his children see him in this state. Liam warns Sid of the dangers of shutting people out and crawling into a bottle. Indi refuses to let Sid carry the burden by himself.

Thursday episode 5609 - 20/09/12

Romeo refuses to acknowledge the damage done to his knee after John rescues him. Alf repeatedly reiterates his advice for Romeo to get a proper medical examination. Romeo asks Heath to supply him with steroids.

Roo agrees to speak to Harvey. Roo needs more time though, to figure out how to move on with the relationship. Alf plays the devils advocate, trying to make Roo realize Harvey’s point of view.

Bianca is panicking about leaving Rocco in someone else’s care for the first time, annoying Heath with repeated messages. She angers him by double booking babysitters with him and Irene. Despite Bianca fears, Heath is a natural with Rocco, impressing Irene. Irene defends Heath to Bianca (surprising even herself), telling her to talk to him before she pushes him away. Heath is sick of having to prove himself to Bianca.

Gina, feeling insecure, wants to spend more quality time with John, arranging a lunch date. Bianca’s doubts about Heath make Gina admit she had been neglecting John in caring for Jett. At lunch, talk of Roo & Harvey’s problems quickly turn to an argument about John’s relationship with Marilyn. Gina and Bianca talk of how they are handling their respective relationships.

Friday episode 5610 - 21/09/12

Whilst camping, Casey has nightmares. Brax for once can’t provide answers for Casey. Brax reminds Casey that no matter what happens, his brothers will always be there for him. Casey adds that his mistakes have changed everything forever. Brax agrees. After thoroughly discussing his own problems, Casey forces Brax to talk about Natalie. Whilst driving to get some grub, Brax calls Natalie, tells her of Casey’s improvement, and asks if he can see her when they return. When Brax arrives with the food, Casey is missing, kidnapped by Kyle.

Bianca apologises to Heath. Again. She does leave him to care for Rocco alone though. Bianca talks to Natalie about Heath, comparing River Boy stories. Rocco doesn’t seem to settle for Heath. Natalie reassures Bianca and tells her a friendly call to Heath won’t hurt. Bianca panics when she can hear Rocco unsettled. Heath leaves the house with Rocco only to turn up at the school to tell Bianca that Rocco has been taken to a city hospital. They leave immediately.

Harvey asks Alf for advice on Roo. At first he refuses but gives him some hints. Roo admits her love for Harvey but wants to call off the wedding. She lays down her terms leaving Harvey as much power as the Germans with the Treaty of Versailles. Agony Alf reminds Harvey that the reason Roo fell for him in the first place is that he doesn’t take her shtick. Harvey lays down his terms. Complete forgiveness or nothing. He settles in to sleep on the Blaxland.
