Was watching "The Syndicate" last week and there was a part were a winners husband came back to her after hearing about the lottery win and wanted his share. She said she had taken advice and as he had already left her when she won the money he was not entitled to any.
So, as Sally had left Kevin how was she entitled to his half his winnings.
I remember years ago Sally getting left £50,000 from her mothers will and she gave Kevin nothing.

yes and Kevin did take advice and say he didnt need to give Sally anything, he then split the winnings with her as a gesture of goodwill and his feelings....bless...
