Sahira and Rafi's relationship is looking uncertain and Sahira faces her toughest choice yet - whether to fight for her marriage, or stick with her career at Holby.
Meanwhile, Liam has a hearing at the Youth Offenders' Court, which Luc promises to support him at. However, when Luc doesn't show up, Liam is hurt and angry. Will Luc realise the responsibility that being a mentor entails?
Elsewhere, when Tara has her first patient death on Keller, she has to learn that dealing with death is just part of the job.
