Sid suspects Alan Hendersons wife is trying to poison him and Sasha is caught retrieving a message that implicates her.

Home and Away bad boy Brax is in for a shock as he realises that his loyal friend Leah Patterson-Baker has fallen for him.

Brax is recovering in hospital following a mugging and a tough cage fight when Leah (Ada Nicodemou) pays him a visit and reveals just how much she cares.

When a concerned Leah grabs Brax's arm as he lies in his hospital bed, it's clear that she has started to regard him as more than just a friend.

Steve Peacocke, who plays Brax, told TV Week: "He really didn't see it coming, and he's shocked by it. I think she tries to put her hand on his hand, and he gets it straight away."

The latest twist for Brax comes just a few weeks after his lover Charlie (Esther Anderson) lost her life in tragic circumstances. Whether he will respond to Leah's affections is not yet known.

Peacocke continued: "Look, anything can happen. He's in a really bad place, Leah has lost loved ones before, and they've both got this mutual connection to Charlie. But I think it's better if Brax sorts himself out before he starts looking at other women.

"In real life, if you lost someone who means as much to you as Charlie means to Brax, you'd be doing a lot of soul-searching for a long time, so it's going to take someone pretty special to catch his eye."

Home and Away airs these scenes next week on Network Seven in Australia and in April on Channel 5 in the UK.

Monday episode 5481 - 26/03/12


Roo forces Leah to admit her bedside care for Brax is coming out of her romantic feelings for him. After Heath learns of his brother’s situation and wants to take revenge on Sully, the man responsible. The memories of Charlie haunt Brax, so he leaves hospital and winds up on Leah’s doorstep.

Roo wants to pretend the Harvey kiss never happened but at a business lunch there’s still electricity between them. Harvey wants to embrace their ‘spirited’ relationship but Roo says she needs more time.

April tries to convince Bianca that withholding the truth about the baby from Heath is unfair. Meanwhile, Heath’s quest for revenge on Sully endangers Bianca. Heath steps in and saves her, which Bianca is genuinely thankful for.

Tuesday episode 5482 - 27/03/12

Liam is angry Heath’s actions put his wife and baby in danger, despite both Bianca and April vouching for him. He tells Heath to stay out of their lives but it doesn’t go down well. Later, Bianca starts bleeding, so April and Liam take her to the hospital. It turns out to be a minor scare but it prompts Bianca to ask Liam whether he was hoping she’d lose the baby. He assures her he is committed to their family. Later, seeing Heath lamenting missed opportunities with Darcy, April drops the bombshell that he is the father of Bianca’s baby.

Leah comforts Brax at her house but she lets her affections show and Brax tells her to leave him alone. Sid finds Brax outside the share house after Leah alerts him. Brax refuses to return to the hospital until Sid makes him realise the severity of the situation.

Marilyn and Leah both encourage Roo to give Harvey a second chance. In a tempestuous moment, Harvey confronts Roo, urging her to admit her feelings for him. Roo tries to resist but they end up all over each other in a fit of passion – in front of Colleen.

Wednesday episode 5483 - 28/03/12

Heath confronts Bianca about keeping the truth about the pregnancy from him. April tries to explain why she let the cat out of the bag but Bianca blows up at her. Heath tells April he wish he didn’t know, too. She’s comforted when Dex offers icecream and a shoulder to cry on. Bianca tells Heath he can’t be involved and threatens to leave Summer Bay if he tells anyone the truth. She also tells April to keep it quiet or they’re through.

Henri tries to reassert a student-teacher boundary with Casey. On the back of this, Casey disappoints Gina by telling her he intends to quit school. Henri is concerned when she learns this and realises it’s about her. Gina’s solution is for Henri to resume tutoring him. They both know it’s a dangerous game but it looks like they can’t resist each other.

Roo and Marilyn are disgruntled with John’s irritating domestic habits and hatch a plan to get Gina to take him back. They inadvertently manage to put John and Gina at cross-purposes and only cement their separation.

Thursday episode 5484 - 29/03/12

Ruby tries to thank Indi for letting Romeo compete alongside her but Indi is cold in return. She is similarly cold to Romeo, who wants to make amends before he heads off again. As Romeo tries to put a definite boundary between him and Ruby on the circuit, Indi meets a uni friend’s charming brother, Logan, who takes a keen interest in her. Indi declines his invitation to a party but it doesn’t seem like he’ll be giving up. Later, Indi makes a surprise visit to Romeo and Ruby. Misinterpreting an innocent situation, Indi thinks Romeo is having an affair with Ruby and drives home in tears.

Gina invites Henri to dinner but Casey wants her to come next door and see him afterwards. Casey eagerly sends her a text message as she leaves Gina’s and Henri chastises him for not being careful enough about their secret relationship. A close call with Gina reinforces Henri’s fears and she ends it with Casey.

Xavier returns from the police academy to visit Sasha and quickly realises his mother and John are on the rocks. Xavier and Sasha offer to cook for the two of them in an effort to mend the rift. It goes awry at the last moment when Gina catches John admitting to a lie.

Friday episode 5485 - 30/03/12

Indi returns to the farm house, distraught, as Romeo and Ruby leave their surfing competition to chase after her. Romeo tries to set things right but Indi’s unsure she can trust him. Romeo’s angry at his wife’s jealousy and isn’t sure whether to escape back onto the circuit. Their mutual suspicions boil over and threaten to derail the marriage.

Alan Henderson returns to Sid’s life with his condition deteriorating. Margaret isn’t pleased to have Dex and Sid working on her husband. She insinuates Sid’s negligence is to blame for Alan’s downward slide. Sid goes to the Henderson house to investigate Alan’s medication and formulates the theory that Alan may be being poisoned by his wife.

When Sasha realises she left an incriminating message at Stu’s house, she becomes fearful it’ll be used against her in the trial. She breaks into the Henderson house to retrieve the message and is subsequently busted by Margaret Henderson.
